Lovely stay

This was a great experience. Will keep this place in my notes.

The carpets in the rooms were very dirty and they smelled. The bathroom was clean and the beds were clean. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The staff were friendly and cared about their service.

We were traveling and arrived a few minutes after midnight. The late check in wasn’t a problem. The staff member was very friendly. The room was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Breakfast was a little lacking especially the taste of the biscuits and gravy. We spoke to the staff and they were grateful for letting them know.

The property was nice upon entrance, but once I saw the room it seemed a little "dated". The carpet needed cleaning. The bathtub had a dead spider in it. I tolerated for the one night, but I probably would not stay there again.

My stay was okay, but not without concerns. The room had a section of ceiling that looked like it had previously leaked or had mold, and the patch job was clearly rushed and not well done. As someone familiar with home improvement, it was hard not to notice. The lobby also had an odd odor—maybe from old cleaning equipment. Other than that, I didn’t have any complaints. The hotel has potential, but some maintenance and housekeeping improvements would make a big difference.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool, but it was green and closed for maintenance the entire time we were there. That should have been disclosed before booking. I also requested an early check-in. The front desk told me it would be “no problem,” asked for my phone number, and said they would call me as soon as the room was ready. I never received a call or any follow-up. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unapologetic and seemed completely unconcerned about any of these issues. Overall, this hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and offered far fewer amenities than advertised. I would absolutely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Rating: -10/10.

This hotel is really good to stay

Friendly family run hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

No había nadie al momento de hacer el check out y me hicieron un cargo por eso, no podía esperar que alguien llegara y no tienen un buzón para dejar las llaves.  De lo contrario bastante céntrico para las familias que van a la graduación de Fort Jackson.  El cuarto estaba limpio y cómodo.
