Hampton Inn Columbia Northeast - Fort Jackson Area

The front desk definitely needed proper training. There were two ladies there and I received two different answers on certain inquiries from both of them at the same time. Upon checkout, it took the front desk approximately 10 minutes just to figure out if I owed anything, using a Calculator right in front of me. The breakfast definitely needed a freshen up. The eggs were bland, the oatmeal was runny and the potatoes were over salted.

The toilet paper holder was also coming off the wall, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows were pretty flat. The biggest issue was the 3 AM wake-up call from the dumpster truck emptying the dumpster right outside. It was incredibly loud, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to fall back asleep afterward. That said, for the price of the room, I do feel like it was a decent value overall. Just don’t go in expecting a great breakfast, fluffy pillows, or uninterrupted sleep.

No waffles at 9:00??? Muffins sucked scones were ok. The shower is extremely slippery when you step in. My wife almost fell. You are potentially looking at a lawsuit in the future

breakfast was great. location was fine. it was comfortable. we didn't use the pool bc no time but it was also nice. a little cloudy but they cleaned it each morning. outback closeby was a treat! there was a walking path which seemed great for dogs but shortly along the path it all of a sudden because clear that people were living in the shrubs/trees and there was a very strong smell of human waste and it was sad

Located close to restaurants etc. it’s very clean and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast has several choices and plenty of seating The decor in the rooms ..

The rooms were clean the shower was big and clean. Although I wanted to swim but didn't have time, the pool looked nice. The staff was great and the breakfast was even better. I thanked the cook being that he was nearby All I had time to take a picture of was me on the elevator ? There was nothing that I didn't like

It was very clean! Staff was great! There was a billing issue and they fixed it quickly! Beds were good but not great on my back of my other family with me.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was set up nicely and the food was hot. I would stay there again.
