Clean and well prepared room

Great place to stay very clean staff was nice an ideal location if you're in Columbia!

I booked and fully paid for my stay through Expedia, but the hotel also charged my credit card for the same reservation, resulting in a duplicate charge. When I called, the manager acknowledged that I should not have been charged and said she would investigate and call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up, leaving me no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Between the poor condition of the hotel and the billing issues, I cannot recommend staying here.

We came for our son’s Army boot camp graduation and stayed for 3 days, the pool was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean NO BUGS and the beds are comfy and the air conditioning was amazing. The breakfast was fresh eggs and sausage waffles all the basics fresh fruits and great coffee. The only problem we had was the chocolate milk was soured and chunky but no big deal. Things happen. Listen up people, this is the place to stay for your loved ones Army Graduation! A +++ 5 stars from me. Thank you for the hospitality.

Overall, the room was fairly clean. The bathroom floor could have used a little bit more attention. And the shower curtain as well.

It took over an hour for us to get an hour. The fire alarm kept going off. It went off during the middle of the night we always standing outside. No one gave us the OK to come back in. The fire department came and said nothing. The fire department came the second time during the middle of the night and also said nothing we smelt smoke on the fourth floor, but they said it wasn’t smoke that it was a shower and made the alarm go off. No one said anything no one came to give us towels, clean linen or anything it was a terrible stay

Everything was ok, except breakfast. At 7am (opening time for breakfast), it was too crowded; so crowded, I skipped the hot food.

Everything was suitable for good night sleep for the price.

Nice place I will recommend it

I got in late to my hotel and someone had already checked into my room. The front desk gave me a key to the room assuming it was just an error, when I went to the room there was someone else already in the room. I went back to the front desk and they put me in a different room which was extremely stressful and took about an additional hour just to get in my room.

Kinda sad about the pool not being open but other than that it was a good stay everything was clean toilet wouldn’t flush.

Room and amenities were great. Breakfast was quite lacking. Bacon was gone by 7am, eggs were some flat, one side burned concoction. OJ was watered down (machine setting?). Staff was excellent. Lots of nicely lit parking. Pool looked good as did the other amenities. Great location close to highways, not any road noise either.

The breakfast oatmeal was very good. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean rooms and breakfast items were excellent!

Convenient off interstate Lukewarm showers!
