Quality Inn Fort Jackson

You get what you pay for.

This is the nastiest hotel I ever stayed at

It was close to the fort jackson army base. They offered continental breakfast that was actually good and they lady that had prepared it was very nice and kept the breakfast room clean. Upon asking for more towels when I got there I was told I could receive more towels but not wash clothes (They only gave us 1 extra towel). We had a total of 3 adults and 2 children; only had 3 towels and 2 wash clothes in the room, mind you I had reserved this room over a month ago. Pool closes at 7pm and when we got there it was pouring rain :( The rooms floor was not clean, wore black socks and they were extremely dirty from walking around the room)

That it was Clean There was barely any Hot Water the water only got Luke warm

I stay here a lot and for the most part it’s always pleasant. No roaches, no violence, very convenient.

The outside of tub had black mold around the bottom. There were 2 spiders, very little toilet paper in room. Let them know in the office at check out. There should be new rolls upon check-in. Rooms were just old and had a old scent. They need to remodel.

The room was well equipped and had a refrigerator but the tub/shower was moldy with peeling coating. Breakfast room was clean with hot and cold options.

1st thing you notice is this putrid smell!! Then the. Bathroom wall, door, shower walls are disgusting! Floors can use a good mopping as well. It looks better than it actually is. It was very close to the base and lots of place around The room had a bad smell and other guest made it so you didn’t wanna be there

Location The room had a smell. Quite a few stray cats running around and busy night life

Execelent service

The lady who served breakfast and the one who checked us out. The rest of the staff barely spoke English and very rude. Especially when I complained of the bed needing changed. The bed had hairs in the sheets. The floors needed to be swept. The tub looked like they started to refinish it and just stopped. So the bottom was gray and the sides were white. The corners of the shower needed to be caulked as there was large cracks.

Excellent place near everything.
