I did not feel comfortable at this hotel. The room was nice but the grounds were not clean when I had to walk the dogs. One person sat in the car for hours which was scary. Will not stay there again.

I liked how close it was to Sesquicentennial State Park and the staff was friendly and they didn’t have bugs in the room. That’s literally the only reason we stayed. The property seems to have permanent tenants some with cats apparently because you could smell cat urine walking by certain rooms. Evidence of drug paraphernalia (needle caps) in the parking lot as well as cat litter box under the stair cases. The room was not very clean at all. I cleaned the air conditioner vent because it was caked in dust and got on my hands and needs with a rag and hand mopped the floor because it was so dirty I didn’t want to walk without shoes on. Huge smoke holes in the comforter (we did stay in a smoking room however, these comforters need to be replaced!! stained sheets and bed protection cover. The bathtub was very unappealing My husband and I literally didn’t shower for two days because we didn’t want to use the shower. We chose to wait until we got back home. Mold under one of the beds, painters tape around the door to the joining room. Loud arguing in the middle of the night with slamming doors and kicking on doors nearby our room.

Staff was great both checking in and out. Updates to building and rooms was also very good, although my bathtub was chipped and looked very old. My room attendant never swept or mopped my floor after cleaning and making my bed. With a he new flooring you can tell when it hasn’t been swept. I would still recommend. The pool was great, refreshing with the hot weather.

This place definitely needs to upgrade the rooms The sink was cracked and glued together, the tub was old and patched everywhere, seems like they used paint to cover damage up. Not a lot of outlets to charge, I would not ever stay there again

Far better hotel stay than I expected. Rooms were up to date with the most comfortable bed I slept in at a hotel in a very long time (Bed looked like it was made professionally). Bathroom very clean and had modern faucets, etc. will absolutely stay again!
