City Mills Hotel

They were so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean. I received a day pass to work out at the nearby YMCA. I wanted to run on the river walk, but I was there for work and then it began to storm. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Columbus.

The hotel was very stylish. The room was nice and comfortable. I didn't quite care for the breakfast. I went out to eat.

Beautiful building with clean rooms and wonderful location.

Loved the design and architecture of the property; it was very clean and the staff super friendly. The free American breakfast each morning and 24/7 touchscreen coffee were nice touches. Rooms were clean and spacious (super high ceilings!). Being next to the Chattahoochee River was a cool landscape feature as well, and we would enjoy our coffees while we walked along the hiking/biking trail alongside the river. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Lower the temperature on the AC and turn up both the AC fan and the ceiling fan and the smell will go away. There's something homey about a framed picture of a dog hanging in the bathroom. It's a nice touch. Special shout out to Miss Brandi (front desk) who helped with showing us around, trouble shooting our room keys, and helping my husband make an Uber reservation. Another shout out to Jacob, a superior waiter in the Mills House restaurant (the wedge salad, strawberry shortcake as well as the rib-eye pasta are recommended, plus the Fararri-something Chardonnay.) The lady who runs around in the breakfast room, which scores a 5 by the way, making certain that there is enough food and everything else. The riverwalk can keep you busy enough. Bring a fishing pole if you have extra time--there are bass and other fish in the river. You must have a meal at the Mill House Restaurant. All in all, this hotel is one of the better stays we've had anywhere and the staff is what makes the place a standout hotel. Kudos to the manager who hired them.

Absolutely a beautiful hotel on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. The rooms and views are top notch. The staff exceeded my expectations!!

I think a $50 animal fee is adequate unless you want to take a deposit on the credit card against damages but I think $100 is too much completely. I’ve stayed all over the United States and in Europe with my dog. I don’t think I’ve ever been offered $100 fee. I’ve also been a big user of the Indigo Hotel and other cities and because my stays are typically over 30 days, they usually wave it I understand for a short day you want to charge for a dog fee, but I think $50 is more reasonable unless they’re damaged and like I said you could take a deposit on the credit card and then return it Otherwise, the property is always awesome

We couldn’t have been happier! The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were all extraordinary! They were always friendly and happy to engage on anything from recommendations to providing brief history lessons! The breakfast was definitely not your standard hotel breakfast. We would 100% stay again if we were in the area.

Nice trip

Really loved the location, the staff, and the restaurant on site! Free parking and a short walk to a bunch of activities down the riverwalk.

We loved the style of the hotel; the old mill with brick walls was beautiful and unique. The room was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the included breakfast. The biscuits were fantastic! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Everyone we encountered said hello and welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

I did not get to stay at the property b/c despite having a reservation and confirmation number they could not find it in their system and did not have me a room The front desk person and their inability to find my reservation despite me calling 2 weeks prior to my arrival to confirm that I had 2 rooms reserved
