Very good

The location and room was decent. It was clean but need cosmetic work done. Also, I could be wrong but I swear the receptionist was being bias/ prejudice. She kept saying my rooms weren’t ready but people came after me was getting rooms and I don’t see how they get a special room from me. So observing white people come and get a room before me and I was there 2 hours early. So what they got that I don’t have. And I refuse to pay a TIP for something that is her job description. And she Black just like me, but something was just not agreeing with my spirit with her and usually I argue to make my point but I was going to record her actions if she didn’t give me a room when I came in on the last time I walked in. So if you see this review, whoever you are, treat EVERYONE EQUALLY! Just saying!

It was clean The ice machine was broken

Every employee I encountered was extremely polite and hospitable. Great staff! Room smelled a little musty when you first walked in.

Breakfast was good, room was nice aside from a chipped mirror and lack of towel rod on the wall. Staff told me when I asked to check on my early check-in that I should've called the hotel first -- I did, and spoke with someone who said they'd put a note on my account. I told them exactly when I'd be arriving. I am not disappointed that my room was not ready, just how I was seemingly lectured to do exactly what I had done already.

The place is very clean everyone is very friendly and there was coffee chocolate 24 hours Ami and Ami's children and I loved it also it is 7 minutes from the Fort Benning military base

No fridge

The front area dining room chairs needed to be replaced or reuphoistered. Plus the temperature was a little uncomfortable in that area & the hallways. Our room Air Conditioner was to noisy so we had to change room without any problems. The ice machine wasn't working on the second floor. But our room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Overall the stay wasn't bad.

The location is great, it’s near restaurants and grocery stores. But the most important part about this Place is that it’s close the Fort Benning Base. I love it. This is in general, the check out time it’s too early.

Staff was amazing gave wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. Hotel was clean. Very close to base.
