Otherwise, our stay was great!

Breakfast was good. The room was ok the beds were absolutely terrible, don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone

Very underwhelming, nothing exceptional to write about. It had some issues in the building maintenance, but the staff assured me they were being addressed. The staff was very courteous and accommodating five stars on the staff. There was absolutely nothing to do within walking distance after the museum closed.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado si vas a Ceremonias y Graduaciones del Army.,limpio, el personal super profesional , buen psrqueo. Lo recomiendo 100 de 100. El personal de la recepción siempre atentas a todos los detalles.

The staff at check in tried to bill me twice. When I let them know charge went through the first time. The woman at the counter got an attitude with me. Nothing works. Pool, elevator, ice machines. All broken. For as much as they charge, things should work. When you ask all you get is excuses. The rooms are horrible. Beds are the worst, should have been replaced years ago. You can literally feel the springs poking you. Walls are all marked up and damaged from the furniture. The curtains are ripped. Floors are gross. There were roaches crawling around the breakfast area. A huge centipede was in the lobby. No A/C in the lobby/dining area. Furniture in the dining area torn up. You’re literally sitting on wood. The only redeeming thing about this hotel is its location to the NIM. If your Soldier is graduating there. The NIM is amazing, and definitely go in the museum. But for the money there’s better hotels out there. The breakfast in the mornings is actually good. So I will give them credit for that. But not worth the money for what you’re getting in return. Won’t be booking again. And feel like I should have been refunded some of my money back.

The pool was great for me and the kids. Rooms were clean. Overall the hotel was quiet too. Right near the Army museum.

Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and amenities to the overall atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and attention to detail. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional comfort, excellent service, and a relaxing stay. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

Staff was very helpful and the property was in great shape we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing!! Very polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good and fresh. The only thing they need to put air conditioning in the hallways and the dinning area.

The staff was excellent! So friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was fresh each morning. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Everything was perfect and literally walked to my son graduation from the hotel. It was perfect and they let you check in even if it's before your check in time. Loved it and will be coming back asap.

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend

The person that checked me seemed impatient with any questions I had. After going to my room, there was no roll away as I had requested and told would be available for me. When I went back to the front desk to ask where it was, she told me my room wouldn't accommodate a roll away. She didn't seem to care that I had been promised one, and offered no solution. The bathroom shower & floor had hair left from previous people. The parking wasn't the most convenient, down a hill and a bit far.

Close to the base and could walk to museum and base if you had to.

I usually stay with another national hotel chain when I travel, but chose this hotel for its location right next to the National Infantry Museum. The front desk staff was helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we found the beds really comfortable. The breakfast is OK, but not great (spoiled by that other chain, I guess). The 24/7 coffee in the lobby is always bitter and really not drinkable (both the light and dark brews). I found myself either purchasing coffee outside the hotel or just going without. Be cautioned, there are no USB ports anywhere in the room: you have to bring a charger plug for anything you are using. I am used to USB ports next to the bed in hotels and had to run to a BestBuy and purchase a plug so I could charge my electronics. Lessons learned. I would stay here again, but probably grab coffee and breakfast off property, and remember to bring the usb charger plug next time.

The property was very well maintained. The room was comfortable, but we were woken up twice by the fire alarm that was triggered by condensation in the alarm. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever in the area.

I stayed at this location for 5 nights recently. I regularly use a different hotel chain (HIE), but the proximity to the National Infantry Museum caused me to select Hampton Inn this trip. The lobby 24/7 coffee at this location throughout my stay was extremely bitter, and it caused me to purchase coffee off the property instead, or just not drink any during my visit. The other chain I typically use has a machine in their lobby that fresh grinds beans when brewing a cup, and it's delicious everytime. The coffee here was not drinkable to me. Also, the breakfast was ok, but not great. I found myself wishing I could take the other chain's location and drop it into this physical spot, next to the museum.

The staff were the nicest, most helpful, pleasant people I could have asked for. They joked around and also went out of there way for everyone.
