Very clean and comfortable place. The pool and coffee machines were out of service. Only reason I’m giving a lower rating

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired too. But there was a kitchenette, and laundry services available a full-size fridge. So really man for the price it was great

The bed is very comfortable and room is spacious They left forks in the sink and no bags in the trash can paper was on the floor the lady at the front desk had the room reclean which was good. No one s&owed up to do breakfast so people were waiting but the gentleman from the front desk was doing both which was awesome of him until help came. I just wanted coffee

Nothing really It was too far from the airport. The elevator was dirty. The rooms didn’t get cleaned while we was there. We were gone long enough for the rooms to get cleaned. There was barely no staff. We had to ask for more trash bags and they only gave us two. The trash kept piling up and no one came to take trash we had to bring it to the front desk so the front desk worker can take it out. We ran out of toilet paper. On a lighter note the beds were comfy. Also the ac didn’t really cool the room down. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I think the place needs to a bit more accommodating. They did have breakfast and that wasn’t to bad. My son also like the swimming pool.

Hot water. Clean AC filter. Good waffles. Lots of pillows. Bathroom door didn't lock. Pool was greenish. Mold in the shower.

The room was not clean. There was left over food from the guest before us. The TV was awful, the color was off it seemed like the bulbs were going out. I had to ask for towels. It was extremely loud and there were roaches.

What makes this experience even more disappointing is what I discovered after my stay. After checking out, I looked through reviews from two and three years ago and found multiple guests describing many of the same problems, including mold and cleanliness issues. It was frustrating to see that these concerns had apparently been reported years earlier, yet I encountered similar conditions during my visit. Based on what I experienced and what those earlier reviews described, it left me with the impression that these longstanding issues have not been adequately addressed. I have extensive photographs documenting the mold, buckled flooring, filthy soap packaging, broken fixtures, damaged flooring, the green and cloudy pool, torn pool furniture, and many of the other issues described above. While not every issue is pictured, everything in this review is based on what I personally observed during my stay. I would never stay here again, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor—book somewhere else. This property should not be renting rooms in its current condition, let alone charging premium prices.

Location was close to the base. People at the desk are personal and super nice ? it close to a Walmart There was mold in the bathroom and mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom that someone tried painting over. The room needs a dehumidifier for each room. They didn't have a hot breakfast. The pool was green I don't know if it was the color of the pool or water but it turned me off from swimming. Disappointing when it is 96 degrees outside.

We stayed here for two night for my son graduation. I booked through Expedia on July 19 and paid a total of 217.97. Once I arrived at the hotel they asked for my card again and charged me another 217.97. Now I’m trying to contact the property to get reimbursed with no luck.

Ice machine was broken, pool was green. They were "waiting on the pool guy". The door to the room didn't latch automatically, really had to make did you closed it securely. AC worked the first day, then was sporadic.

The accommodations were spacious, and the inclusion of a refrigerator and a compact stove was highly appreciated. Its proximity to Fort Benning was also a significant advantage. The frist room i was placed in the bed wasnt made and the room wasn't ready. The second room was clean However the floor tiles edges was lifted and I kept scraping my toe on them.

After all everything was good, except that I have to extend my check out and they don't do that anymore, so I had to pay for and extra day instead of 4 more hours 🙁. Additional to that, no complaints from us.

Close to highway Ice machine stays broken

The breakfast was disappointing. No coffee most of the time, no creamer, toaster did not work and lack of options

I checked into MainStay Suites Columbus Fort Moore (GAC09) on July 21 for a five-night stay while my daughter competed in an event nearby. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Our room had an unpleasant odor, the air conditioner was off, making the room extremely hot, and the refrigerator was not clean upon arrival. The biggest issue was that our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. On Wednesday, I asked the front desk about housekeeping and was told the hotel required a three-day notice. I was assured our room would be added to the schedule. By Friday, it still had not been cleaned. When I asked again, I was given a different explanation and told it would be cleaned on Saturday. It never was. The lack of housekeeping, inconsistent information from staff, poor communication, and lack of customer service and follow-through made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I hope this matter is addressed.
