Entry was blocked by parked vehicles. Mold in my room on the ceiling. Heat/AC unit wouldn't stop running. Water in bath couldn't be shut off and ran continuously. False fire alarm went on at 6 am. When asking employee why they didn't call on room phones their answer was sarcastic no apologies. Finally the ice machine doesn't work.

The only thing was the pool looked dirty and there was mold up on the ceiling by the curtains. The shield curtains also had mold on them also. This was room 309.You need to have an ice maker on the floors so you don't have to come down to the lobby. The breakfast could be better and also include meat. Sunday breakfast didn't even had eggs.

Room was very clean, lobby was nice. If the cigarette butts and trash were swept up outside it would have been better. Also there was a wasps nest and mosquitoes by the patio area. Pool was questionable and dirty unfortunately.

The pool had only 6 chairs -all loungers were broken. Breakfast was almost always not stocked- stayed 4 days and realized they had yogurt on the last day because it was always empty. Staff was always friendly and present. We bumped into the bed and it moved and was disgusting underneath. Hotel is off the street which was great.

Do not book this hotel! Filthy!!! Mattressea stained as if someone was murdered or threw up. Both mattress, pillow cases stained and dirty, comforter had blood stains and was torn. Bathroom tub had mold and mildew and where you eat breakfast there were roaches! Front desk states they had no maid service had to request before 9 am. It was really bad both rooms were dirty and beds didn’t look to be made along with the stains. We left and they ended up refunding us. Would not recommend!!!

I liked but they don’t clean right bathroom wasn’t clean good walls. They’re very very dirty. Floors, they were bad the bed There was a lot of hair from other people.

Ok to start off, when we went into our room, it was not clean, sheets & pillows were all over the floor, the room had not been cleaned or cleared for them to give us that room. They gave us a new room, the new room was very damp & smelled like mildew. I started looking around & there was mold in the room. It was on the ceiling & on the lampshades. The bathroom sink underneath was spilling water, I assume that's why there was so much mold. There was only a bar of soap for the sink for toiletry items, no shampoo or extra soap to bathe with. My second day when I went to get breakfast, there was nothing ready to eat, no coffee, food etc, lights were out. I was told the person was running late or something. Food was supposed to be ready by 6. They didn't have anything ready till after 7:30ish. I had stuff to do so I didn't have time to wait. The ice machines have no ice. You have to request ice upfront, which I thought was weird. I've never had to do that before, they have to stop doing what they're doing & go into a whole different room to get you ice. One of the days our room keys stopped working but I realized several other people's cards have stopped working at the same time too. I also thought that was weird. I'm not sure if they do not have enough people to work or if it's a management problem? It also seemed like a high traffic stay area, a lot of people coming & going. Staff was nice & helpful. Beds were comfy & clean overall. Probably wouldn't stay again.

It had a pool but was not opened before memorial Day

The motel set back off the street and was a little difficult to find but it was a very quiet and well kept motel

Everything was dirty.

Upon arrival, and entering our room, we were "knocked down" by the stiffling smell of clorox bleach!! I assume that was an attempt to hide the nastiness of the walls. There were stains, fingerprints and even mold on the walls and ceilling! Would recommend you stay somewhere else! Also, the breakfast was a disaster, as when we entered for it, the food was very low, the trash overflowing, and people waiting in long lines, as the staff member just looked on. She had to be asked for everything, and had a very bad attitude. Also, there was never anyone present at the counter for any assistance we needed. Just a poor experience in all.

Everything was amazing and if you’re looking somewhere close to fort benning this is a wonderful place to stay, the walmart and other great places are near by as well ! My only concern was that with our room the bathroom door and fan didn’t work but other than that the room was extremely comfortable to sleep in and the morning breakfast was fun !

The pool was dirty. But there was cute little frogs that swam in the water. Also the laundry room is very old school so bring quarters if you wish to use it. We also lost power about 20 times in one night

Very nice and clean hotel. Great price as well. Close to restaurants and expressway.

This place was good for the price. However, there was some stains on the bed and stains on one of the blankets. Good thing we had two beds, so we just slept on one of the beds with the cleaner blanket.
