Enjoyed my stay,very convenient

They way we booked and they charge for parking is unbelievable and unacceptable.

I love staying at this hotel when I come to Columbus because I love the area that it is in.

Everyone was super nice/helpful and the property was also very nice.

Clean and comfortable space. Lots of services within walking distance. The idea of paid parking was a disappointment

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and asked consistently if we needed anything. I do feel like the parking fee should be included in the price of room or not have one at all.

The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly.

This was a perfect place to stay at in downtown Columbus. The rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was family friendly as well. Breakfast was good and all day free coffee. You can walk to everything you need downtown from this location. As everyone has said you do have to pay to park here. However if you stay on the weekends parking is free outside of the hotels parking garage. I enjoyed my stay here, and if I’m ever in the area again with family, this will be my first and best choice.

Staff was super welcoming and nice. The breakfast was the best I have seen in a hotel. The room was spotless and smelled clean as well. Overall an excellent experience

Clean rooms. Excellent staff! Free WiFi & yummy breakfast w/ an excellent variety for breakfast! Downtown shops just as you step ou of the hotel.
