very clean room, excellent comfy pillows, breakfast was hot and delicious..great location close to everything we needed to reach. Pool was clean and warm temp! Thanks for everything we had a nice relaxing time.

We loved the fact that Ms. Tina tried her best to help us. After she heard what we had already been through. She went out her way to try to help us & the booking representatives were so rude & disrespectful to her. They even hung up on her. We felt so bad for her. We went back the next day & the manager & another last were really sweet and tried to help us. That's when we learned we had no business making another reservation without being refunded our money first. Not make another reservation and booking tried to get more money out of us. I have no complaints.

The parking was abundant and close. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable as we stayed 3 nights and had no issues with back pain or discomfort from the large king size bed. The breakfast was good and fully stocked. The lemon water was there on the first day and was delicious but wasn’t available the remainder of our 3 day stay which was disappointing.

Nice , Clean and very polite staff..Breakfast was 100% … The pool was not open . And the hotels with pools usually more expensive…They should offer some kind of discount for the Inconvenient.

Staff nice, coffee good Breakfast options, (nothing dairy free)flat pillows, hard bed , people vandalized the pool and mini cars making it hard to rest

good breakfast options and cleanliness of eating area. Room was clean, hallways were clean and overall presentation of the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was also some vandalism to the pool so it was unusable.

Overall my stay was fine. Hotel a little dated but nicely sequestered back away from all the traffic. I could still hear traffic at night but did not bother me too much. Location was positive, close to shopping and food. The room could have used a deep clean. Overall it was fine but the curtains did not look like they had ever been washed and the remote needed to be deeply sanitized. The bed seemed fine and bathroom was well cleaned. Met my needs for a short stay. If you’re looking for something extra nice this isn’t the one.

Pool out of order for one day of our stay. Pillows are poor quality. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

This is well worth the money. The room was clean and cared for. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. Everything worked as it should. Parking was easy peasy. We’ll stay here again.
