Stayed here while in ohio for biking. Great location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. The Ohio To Erie Trail could be entered a quarter mile away, just on the other side of the freeway. 20 trail miles to downtown Columbus. Continental breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced.

We stayed overnight at Comfort Inn for a medical procedure at OSU the next morning. Everything was clean and our suite was nice. Parking was plentiful and staff was courteous.

Didn’t hear a sound from hallway, upstairs. So quiet and we were first room behind front desk.

Nice location. I was here for a AAU tournament and was very convenient because it was only 6-8 minutes away. Room was great and breakfast was decent. Internet was good. Only issue was figuring out how to connect our PS5 but once we did it was good enough to play online. No issues

Our car windows got busted out there was about 18 cars and the 2 hotels next to us did as well. How that many cars get busted into and no staff see or hear anything is way be on me. And YES it was right in front of the lobby and the sides of the hotel. Another person got them on Video 2 men in a dark car did all this damage. Very unhappy now we have to pay about 800.00 for 2 windows very upsetting 😢 The staff I feel should have been more helpful nobody came out to help us clean glass up or offer a sweeper.

We only here for a weekend and didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the hotel was very clean, looked to be newly renovated, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! Will stay here again next time we’re here!

The primary issue that we had was that our towels and trash were not managed while we were there without us asking or doing it ourselves. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was generally clean though there were spots in the sinks and tub that had been missed from the previous guests. I trusted the linens enough to use them. The towels were generally stain free but 1 wash cloth (out of 4) had a makeup stain from a previous use. We didn't eat breakfast or use any of the amenities as we were there mainly to sleep before going out for the full day everyday.

Place wasn’t horrible to stay at, room definitely smelled like mildew

They didn't tell us upon checking in how often housekeeping cleans the rooms, so we had to request them to come. Besides that and the slowest elevator on the planet the hotel was prefect. I'd still recommend it vs more expensive options in the area.
