Our stay was great. We highly recommend. The room was clean and the property was very nice.

There was an evacuation of the hotel at 3am. The problem was not that we had to evacuate but that there was no communication as to why and once outside there was no staff or communication on when we could go back to our room. We saw people moving around in the lobby and then figured it was ok to go back in to our room.

Location Service was not great. No room service, AC in room was very loud. Very slow service in restaurant even when the restaurant was not busy. Bar drinks weren’t good. Waitress didn’t offer to replace.

After driving 6 hours from Western NY, we were unable to check in due to Hilton systems being down worldwide. However staff made the best of it and offered us free appetizers and drinks. They also eventually checked us in manually. The hotel was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice. We enjoyed our stay. One thing that could have been better was communication. Staff should of let us know we could check in manually immediately when we could. We waited 2 or more hours.

The hotel was very clean and the staff upon arrival were great. However, having that experience over night I don’t believe nothing was enforced to those loud people and was very disappointing.

I did not partake in the Breakfast! The hotel was Beautiful! Everything was up to par! There were no trash bags in room!
