Residence Inn Columbus Polaris

The hotel is very clean inside and outside of the rooms. Check in was convenient and fast. This hotel takes their security very seriously. I was traveling with my wife, with the reservation in my name only. We were advised a check in that if my wife would need to request a new room key for any reason she needed to be formally added to the reservation. This was a simple process if just providing her full name to the desk clerk and he added her info to the reservation. I thought this was great security measure to ensure someone didn’t just walk claiming to be the spouse or relative of a guest trying to access a room. The other great aspect of this hotel is its proximity to dining shopping. There is a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and gas stations within a 5-10 minute drive. Several restaurants are within walking distance. There is a shopping mall behind the hotel and a grocery store just a five minute drive away. Just take note this can be a heavily congested area due to the shopping centers and number of hotels and restaurants in the area. With that said this is a very well planned area and traffic flows very well. The congestion never impeded nor delay any plans we had. Great place to stay and conveniently located.

Rooms were spacouis. Walking distance to eat. No bacon on breakfast buffett.

Wonderful place to stay. A home away from home. The staff was attentive. The breakfasts were exceptional.

Was great for for my travel need!

Very good and nice hotel. Would recommend it.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The space in the room was nice We awoke to discover some type of bugs crawling all over the nightstand and onto the bed. I am praying they are not bed bugs. Very disappointed. Made the trip very uncomfortable for me due to the fear of bringing something home with me

Clean & well maintained facility with very friendly and helpful staff.
