The room phone didn’t work to call down to the front desk so I had to call using my cellphone to ask for extra blankets and pillows. Once I got a hold of someone they did say they have them at the front desk but I’d have to come get them myself. Once I got down there there was no one at the front desk but there was one pillow and blanket. There was also no one at the desk when we checked out which was weird.

Nice hotel. Stayed 7 nights. One of the 2 elevators was out of service the entire stay. There were no luggage carts to be found. Ever. Noticed hotel workers and their kids (they called attendant Mom) taking plates of food from both breakfast and the evening social. Wonderful location near every store and restaurant you could want. Minor annoyances. Would stay again.

Always love staying here, beautiful property and rooms. Pool was great. Do need to get some luggage carts though!!

The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast.

The good: The location was excellent, and parking was great. Gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very nice. The not so good: The gym did not have clean towels for the 4 days we used it, and no water was provided in the gym. The water dispenser was out of order the entire time. TV in the gym also didn’t work. Breakfast was ok. Very little gluten free options. Would have appreciated more labelled choices for someone with allergies for breakfast. Room was comfortable, but there was no house keeping offered on the weekends. We had to call the front desk for clean towels and toilet paper which we found to be odd.

No bottled water for purchase during our 48 hour stay because someone “forgot to order.” Breakfast bar beverages, milk, ice not restocked within last hour of buffet opening either day. Staff, with exception of our original check-in assistant, was completely unhelpful. Called to ask for extra linens? “You’ll have to come get it yourself.” Do you have anything to clean out the smoke smell? “You’ll have to vacate the room for an hour.” (And it didn’t work.) This property is an extended stay, which isn’t mentioned in the description of this property. They currently host more than two dozen permanent resident renters at this hotel. It is not a crime or weakness to need an extended stay lodging for housing, but that should be disclosed. I booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews, and for the life of me cannot figure out how anyone can rate the property well. I have never left a poor hotel review on Expedia but this is unfortunately one of the worst overall stays I’ve ever had anywhere.

Very good
-
The room was very beat up. Burn marks in bathroom. Torn couch, looked like red paint spots on sheets
-
It was standard, nothing really special. Location fit our needs. The room was OK, the mattress is close to replacement. Thew couch was not too comfortable. A lounge chair would have been nice. TV was weird; channels could only be changed one at a time. The bathroom was adequate, the toilet was way too low and always blocked by the door. Shower was good. Breakfast was very good.
