Everything was wonderful at the hotel! Only minor complaint was the $10 per night self parking fee.

Very clean, nice little kitchenette, and friendly staff. The beds were a little worn, but clean and comfortable. Overall recommend

Have stayed twice and would again. Close to everything

I checked in late at night and was surprised to see a notice at the front desk stating that parking was $10 per day. This was not advertised; I had no other option. There is plenty of parking, and one could park at one of the adjacent shopping centers. But ten dollars a day is a surprise, and to me it's cheating. It's advertising a price and then adding on when you get there. And you have no other option. I asked how many people walk to the hotel from the airport. Obviously none. Nobody walks to the hotel. They have plenty of parking. When challenged, the clerk said, " Well, it was for security." But there's no security guard, and there's no reason for security. It's in a very safe, good area of town. It is just a $10/night money grab, and I did not appreciate it; I will not use this hotel chain again. The clerk was very kind and sympathetic.

The pool temperature was too cold to swim. Also, they charge for parking which was a surprise and obnoxious since there is no other way to get to the hotel annual for the area.

Several of the breakfast foods were questionable (rubbery sausage patties, tasteless mushy oatmeal, chicken tenders that didn't seem like chicken). Silverware didn't seem clean. Staff was attentive both at the front desk and kitchen. Bathroom shower wasn't cleaned well, slimey shower floor and some hairs present at checkin. The room was nice overall, poor sound insulation between rooms and the bedding was awful. Barely what could be called a comforter/blanket as top layer and pillows were so flat. We still had a good stay overall and I would still recommend this hotel as it seemed safe and clean for the most part. Bring your own pillows for sure. I appreciated the dog-friendly option and front desk was nice to keep us on the ground floor close to an exit door for pet potty breaks.

Very nice facility and room. It had a dishwasher, microwave and good sized fridge. Room was clean and had soap in the shower. They charged us $10 a night to park and a $35 a night damage fee which hasn’t been refunded yet…

What isn't shared is that they charge daily for parking.

The location Our heat and Air wasn't working properly. Also, kids were very loud on our floor knocking on doors. Also, the parking charge that has started. I don't know when but when we were there last year there was no parking charge. We already pay for the room why pay for parking. The breakfast wasn't good either.

The system that makes your room keys did not work. I was locked out of my room all the time. Had to wait in line to get back in. Told to download the app and get my key on there but that system was down also. As a single mother with three children I had this one night to myself but it was extremely chaotic due to this. When I asked for an extra hour at check out the lady gave me extreme attitude and said “I can do 12 but not a minute later.” Okay well I can go to another hotel that gives me a room key from now on. Very disappointed!

Plus + Parking Tag, Plus + Quick - Check-in and Check-out, Plus + Breakfast Minus - House Keeping never came in my room in the week I was there to clean the room - The Trash was not picked-up and the Shampoo & Showel Gel ran out - I had to asks for more soap at the Front Counter.

Great location, great amenities, great staff i did not have hot water, the hotel was booked to capacity however.

Room was very clean and bed was so comfortable Could have more breakfast options
