Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Columbus-Polaris Parkway by IHG

The room was gorgeous and spotless and sooo roomy (we booked the king bed + pullout couch)! The kids LOVED the pool, and even with 10+ people in the water, it still felt roomy! The kids also loved breakfast and even hubby was impressed. Parking was easy/convenient too and the value for a family of 4 was superb!

Very clean room. Pool was perfect for our toddler, she absolutely loved it.

Cheap polyester sheets which are like sleeping in Tupperware. No housekeeping unless we requested it during our 6 night stay.

The night front desk staff was amazing, the day front desk was a home, she was never at the desk and she had the personality of a wet towel. We loved the pool, it was wonderful, even though the water was freezing, it was still great! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable, we will stay again!

Great experience and the pool area was very nice for my grandsons. They really enjoyed our visit.

No freezer section in the refrigerator. We needed to use the freezer section to refreeze cold packs for medication. Poor signage to get to the hotel from the interstate. Ice machine ran out of ice on our floor.

The pool was great for the kids, a little bit loud but it was like a mini water park!My little boy loved the slide. Everything was very clean and updated, breakfast was good too. The only thing we didn’t like was that we wanted a friend to meet us at the pool and were told we could not even buy them a wrist band to join us, this was most of the reason we stayed at your location so that was disappointing. I understand not wanting to be over crowded but unless it’s a weekend ( which it was not at this time ) why not let outsiders come in to enjoy the pool even for like $5- $10 a pass? There were only two other kids there when we were there. We were also hoping to have a hot tub there since from the pictures on line it looked like there was.

Overbooked hotel and we didn’t have a room initially. After a wait, was able to secure us a room, however the room was dirty and it was apparent house keeping had not been assigned to the room

The pool was excellent, our room was large, flabby had plenty of space for breakfast. Nice outdoor patio as well

It was a ok hotel nothing special, breakfast was not what I was hoping for at all it was lacking . $100 security deposit when we got there wasn’t disclosed before reservation was made and 5 days later still haven’t gotten it back.

They ran out of clean towels at one point so we couldn’t have clean ones for a shower

It was convenient, very clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. Room was ready when we arrived. There was security in the parking lot. There wasn't a coffee pot in our room.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable of all questions asked. Pool was perfect for all ages. Breakfast options were different daily which helps any parent. Property and rooms were very clean. Would absolutely stay here again!
