At night even with the ac down to 64 your room was hot a night where you were waking up drenched in your own sweat

Location, seating options outside The fact my room had missing items and Heather the GM ans Devon the assistant GM are blowing it off. There was dark pub hair in the shower. They should get housekeeping squeegee. Then I got the craziest towel ever replaced the ones from the prior night after I told front desk NO HOUSEKEEPING AND I DID NOT HAVE A DND SIGN

We had a great stay! Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was not the "run of the mill breakfast you have at other hotels. Hyatt's breakfast was excellent.

The staff were all amazing. From the check in desk staff to the people in the breakfast area, they were all professional and kind. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping. The only reason I didnt give a perfect score is my room needed to be a little cleaner. The bed was super comfy, room had a small frig, and a coffee maker if you need. The bathroom should have had more attention and certain areas wiped down more throughly but I always carry my own sanitizing wipes. All in all the stay was good.
