I liked the location close to the mall, ikea, Costco, easy to get to. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. We did not stay, dropped our bags off and continued shopping shortly after getting back we took our shoes off to discover our socks were getting wet and stained from walking around the room. At closer inspection we found dirty water was seeping up through the floors. Super gross. Immediately notified management who began the process of a refund on the room.

Very clean and well taken care of hotel. Only complaint was the breakfast. Time stated was until 9 am. By 8:35 eggs were gone, no creamer, syrup was out, and when another guest asked the front desk clerk for help she just said that "breakfast ends at nine." Otherwise a lovely stay and nice location.

The cleanliness, very friendly staff, bar in lobby, and breakfast was awesome! The unavailability to get an early check in. We stayed here for a nearby family reuinion after driving in for 4 hours and it would have been nice to freshen up before the function. We did however check in at 11am and we're told we would receive an email once our rooms were ready and that did not happen. So, at 11pm that evening after our event we were unsure if we had rooms. Thankfully, we did. But our keys should have been ready for us upon arrival and I will say the staff in the late evening was wonderful. They did their best to rectify the situation for some very tired guests!

Very clean exterior and interior as well as a great atmosphere. The room was very clean and more modern too. Loved the size of the TV also being a large flat screen! We stayed 2 Nights/3 Days. The Lobby was really nice too, with a bar and food and plenty of seating. I searched around actually through all the area for where to stay and with the reviews and everything we had to go with this location! We actually live 1 hour away in Mt Vernon and just wanted to do a little get away for fun for the weekend. Definitely would stay here again!
