Canceled my room same day I was suppose to arrive - put me at a different hotel in a terrible room across from an elevator and scary hotel. Mind blowing you can just change someone’s reservations to another hotel without consent or permission. Didn’t call me until afternoon about this day of, left a voicemail saying they changed my hotel to a cheap hotel. Once I tried to fall asleep they tried calling again at 11:30 pm. You already pushed me to another hotel now waking me up? Insane

The room was nice as well as the bathroom and shower Housekeeping walked right into my room in the morning without even knocking and I had just gotten out of the shower wearing nothing but a towel.

Check in time is 3pm, I requested early arrival check in. I was attending a wedding which started at 3 pm. The rainy weather helped in delaying the start. I would have been late. 3 pm check in , mid afternoon, Saturday.

The breakfast was hot and nice, you make your own Belgium Waffles. One thing was the main trash can, they never covered it with the trash bag, just left it and we had to put on. It was nice they had a water filler for our water Bottles.

It smelled very fresh and our daily housekeeping was excellent. Her last night there there was so much crazy noise, not due to the hotel, but just the motorcycles revving and so forth very late at night

The breakfast was good and the location was amazing. We went with friends to Top Golf and it was so close to the Hyatt Place. We also went to the Columbus Zoo and to the Lantern festival at the zoo in the evening. Best zoo by far Everything was fine. I suppose the pool could have been a little warmer.
