It was the easiest check-in and check-out I have ever experienced.

The room was very clean. Lobby, breakfast room, and gym were very well maintained. Very affordable and great location. A few spots in the room could use some maintenance. The desk had a piece of laminate chipping off, there were children’s handprints on the picture frame above the couch, the couch had food remnants stuck on it.

This hotel and their staff are absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating. We will recommend this establishment to fellow travelers.

Checking in was a breeze, staff polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. Room was clean and spacious. Free parking plenty of spaces. Breakfast was good ; plenty of choices for food and drink. Hotel had a few restaurants you could walk safely to without crossing the road.

Our air conditioner in the room was leaking water and the carpet around it was soaking wet. Gave me concerns for mold potential.

Location, seating options outside The fact my room had missing items and Heather the GM ans Devon the assistant GM are blowing it off. There was dark pub hair in the shower. They should get housekeeping squeegee. Then I got the craziest towel ever replaced the ones from the prior night after I told front desk NO HOUSEKEEPING AND I DID NOT HAVE A DND SIGN

We had a great stay! Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was not the "run of the mill breakfast you have at other hotels. Hyatt's breakfast was excellent.
