staff was very helpful. they explained the days activities. they had an evening buffet free of charge. the buffet contained a variety of hot dishes. complimentary beverages were also available. the breakfast was excellent and included a variety of hot and cold items. there was ample parking for their guests

One of the two elevators were down. Making it uncomfortable at certain times.

My son and myself thought the food was very good. We had no problem having the ability of getting what we preferred to eat even though the area was full of guests. The only problem for my son and myself was that for dinner the juice and milk was not available. Neither one of us drink pop, although I drink coffee, my son drinks milk or water only.

Close to shopping, restaurants etc 1 elevator was down on busy weekend

One large group along with their loud music consumed the entire hot tub the entire evening until 10 minutes before they closed the pool area so the rest of us never had a chance to use it. Hot tub was left with large balls of hair and bubbles were brown from whatever they put or left in it. Super gross.

This was our first stay and everything was amazing. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean and the room was impeccable.

Great location for us. Liked the option to get a suite with separate bedroom. Breakfast bar was good. Staff friendly. Having the room serviced daily was really nice. Only 1 elevator was working which caused backups and long waits to get to your room or down to the main lobby.

The was only 1 elevator working which made difficult at times. I was told the elevator has been down for over a month. 1 elevator for 8 floors unacceptable
