Comfort Suites Columbus East Broad

Breakfast was good. Property clean and maintained. Room was comfortable. Parking was ample and lighted.

The room & bathroom were clean. The towels all had private parts hair on them & we stayed 3 days for a total of 6 showers, even the hand towels. Our tub didn’t drain. I told them all 3 days we stayed & it never got fixed. There is absolutely no ventilation in the pool so it feels like you’re in a sauna. Some of us didn’t want to swim but we ended up having to get in because we were covered in sweat within minutes of sitting there. There’s no fan or AC out there. We tried propping up the door but it didn’t help at all. Despite the negatives honestly the room was clean & we’ll probably stay again when in town but just bring our own towels. I will insist on them changing us rooms though if the shower doesn’t drain again. My bad for thinking they’d take care of it each day. The staff was very friendly the numerous times a day we walked past them as well.

I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the beds were super comfortable. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Comfy and clean beds. Free breakfast Someone was smoking marijuana in the building. Non-English smoking personnel. The floors/ceiling must be extremely thin. Someone was walking around all night above me. We were in the elevator and another lady said out of the blue when we got off on the 2nd floor that the last time she stayed there, she was on that floor but someone above her kept her up all night long by walking around. Now she requests the top floor. I recommend the same. It really was so loud like stomping

We stayed here previously and had a great experience. The only thing I can say I didn’t like, was that the bathroom ceiling had a ton of mold near the shower and sink.

It was my first time staying at a Comfort Inn. The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful (as I locked myself out twice 😬) and friendly. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The property was very clean and it is close to a lot of places from shopping to eating! The staff was super kind too.

The room was spacious, and clean The water pressure was ok, and the tub was small for the room size.

Enjoyed the stay. Easy check-in and check-out.

The room was great, actually looked better than the pictures on the app which is shocking for a hotel these days! Very clean, very comfortable. I wish the pool was open later but that's just me. (It closed at 10pm)
