The room was really nice

This is a nice hotel. Construction on Board St but other than that, it is easily accessible. Jeff was great as well as T! The breakfast was great but better over the weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Clean courteous and helpful staff

Overall a good stay...

Sleep sofa was typical quality. My 11 y.o. grandson used it and said it was okay, but he could feel the bar. Wouldn't recommend for an adult. Otherwise the room was well set up for our use. Pool was nice temp, and well maintained. It wasn't very big (maybe 15x10) but we had it all to ourselves so no issue. We didn't partake in breakfast.

Convenient location just off I-270 and Broad Street. Multiple fast food options nearby. Hotel was well maintained. Breakfast options were good. The suite was a nice touch with 2 full beds and an easy to pull out sofa (which my adult son used).

I left at 2am due to an issue with hotel, staff was great, my money was refunded without question.

Breakfast was good. Property clean and maintained. Room was comfortable. Parking was ample and lighted.

The room & bathroom were clean. The towels all had private parts hair on them & we stayed 3 days for a total of 6 showers, even the hand towels. Our tub didn’t drain. I told them all 3 days we stayed & it never got fixed. There is absolutely no ventilation in the pool so it feels like you’re in a sauna. Some of us didn’t want to swim but we ended up having to get in because we were covered in sweat within minutes of sitting there. There’s no fan or AC out there. We tried propping up the door but it didn’t help at all. Despite the negatives honestly the room was clean & we’ll probably stay again when in town but just bring our own towels. I will insist on them changing us rooms though if the shower doesn’t drain again. My bad for thinking they’d take care of it each day. The staff was very friendly the numerous times a day we walked past them as well.

I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the beds were super comfortable. I will stay here again on my next visit.

It was my first time staying at a Comfort Inn. The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful (as I locked myself out twice 😬) and friendly. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.

I had a maintenance issue that was never corrected which was frustrating. Otherwise the experience was okay
