Was just a quick place to lay my head down and recharge and this was perfect ! It was nice , safe and clean ! Everyone I encountered on my brief visit was kind and pleasant. Would absolutely stay again and recommend! Thank you !!

Facilities and staff were excellent. The construction on East Broad was the only issue and the hotel has no control over that.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The TV in our room didn't work and the breakfast was ok but nothing special

There was insufficient furniture in room. Plenty of room, but only one desk chair. There needs to be at least 2 more chairs in the room, plus a small table in addition to the small desk. The room has two queen beds, presumably for 4 people. One desk chair not enough. Also need an in-room coffee maker.

Clean rooms, great breakfast! Secure top floors and doors with deadbolts! Price is high but a quality hotel.

Great place to stay and fairly inexpensive. Very clean and the staff was great! I love that checkout time is 12. The extra hour is nice to have.

We really enjoyed our one night stay with Tru. The entire hotel had a really neat vibe. We were traveling with grandchildren and children in three rooms. Everything is very crisp and modern. Excellent breakfast, friendly, helpful staff, especially the gentleman helping with breakfast.

I loved the set up in the lobby! The hotel was very nice and clean! The first staff member was so helpful the only down fall is snack prices but hey we still got snack because we wasn’t going back out. Just advice get snacks at a store not there
