Only one staff on duty in the evening. She was nice but it was a lot for one person

The breakfast was amazing. They even had bacon! The hotel was very clean and our room was pretty spacious. Our only complaint was that there was waaaaay too much chlorine in the hot tub and the water in the pool (a very big hotel pool, I might add) was not very warm. We would definitely recommend this hotel, just bring a pair of swim goggles if you plan on using the hot tub.

It was comfy and fairly clean. Our room had an odd Odor to it and the bathroom vent was covered in dust and the back of the bathroom door was filthy but the rest of the room and bathroom was pretty clean

Quick stay; everything was fine and the staff was great!

Reserved this place largely based on the shuttle, then found out it doesn't start running till 7AM which doesn't help with a 7AM flight. Noisy family in the hallway at 2AM didn't help with a short night's sleep.

Great location. Friendly staff at check in was nice after a long drive through Ohio and Indiana.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. There were some repairs in our room that weren’t done very well (bubbly/peeling paint, a piece of the shower glued back together), but it was very clean anyways!

Room was spacious, place was clean. Allegra was super nice!

Check in was smooth, parking was great, room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly/helpful. It could benefit from some deep cleaning (carpet/furniture). Our assigned room was having issues with AC during the recent heatwave and they did move us to a room with a much better AC, which we appreciated. Breakfast is somewhat limited compared to similarly priced chain hotels. Pool was chilly but the hot tub was a nice temp.

My stay was wonderful from the staff to the pool and hot tub I needed to relax and I definitely did that

Everything was very pleasant.

The evening receptionist was very helpful and kind. The breakfast staff was good about keeping it clean and stocked. Generally the stay was great. The elevator was a bit sketchy as the door wouldn't close sometimes for extended periods.

Everything is always very pleasant... I would stay again family friendly.
