Room was spacious, place was clean. Allegra was super nice!

Room was not that clean During our stay the TV service was not working

Check in was smooth, parking was great, room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly/helpful. It could benefit from some deep cleaning (carpet/furniture). Our assigned room was having issues with AC during the recent heatwave and they did move us to a room with a much better AC, which we appreciated. Breakfast is somewhat limited compared to similarly priced chain hotels. Pool was chilly but the hot tub was a nice temp.

My stay was wonderful from the staff to the pool and hot tub I needed to relax and I definitely did that

Everything was very pleasant.

The evening receptionist was very helpful and kind. The breakfast staff was good about keeping it clean and stocked. Generally the stay was great. The elevator was a bit sketchy as the door wouldn't close sometimes for extended periods.

Room was clean and functional. Pool/spa was nice. All the staff were kind and helpful. Location wasnt bad. Breakfast was amazing. Was a bit more expensive than hotels near by but you got what you paid for and if you go further into Columbus they are way more expensive. It was a little loud during the night and early morning but not much they can do about that.

Everything is always very pleasant... I would stay again family friendly.

Our toilet didnt work and we didnt get a pullout couch that we booked for. Other than that it was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful

The pool was great.

The room was clean and well appointed. There was a gym on site and plenty of restaurant choices. The hotel is also close to the highway and a short distance to the airport. The hotel associates were warm, and professional. My hotel floor was a little noisy - children running and yelling in the hallway. The kids were happy and didn't intend to disrupt, I could have used a little more quiet. When I called downstairs for help with the noise, I didn't receive any assurance the hotel would look into it.

Good location, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. My room was a little musty. Not sure if it was the ac or carpet. I did enjoy my stay.

Just wish they had more tv channels for me to watch when I slept.

The front desk employee was very kind, helpful and patient. She let me know about the pool and breakfast hours. I just really appreciated how I was treated right from checking in, it helped my whole stay there feel welcoming.
