They have a serious fruit fly problem—not just in the room, but also in the breakfast area. The breakfast offers good options, though the taste isn't great, and you never know if you might end up eating a fruit fly; clearly, they have an issue with septic system maintenance. The staff was very friendly at all times.

Location to hospital at ISU. Housekeeping came up short: no washcloths, 1/2 roll bathing suits tissue, lavatory lid was quite loose.

Area sketchy, room key didn’t work on outside door, front desk said our room was find that it’s the system, ppl above us very heavy walkers and walking and running around d till 1130pm, didn’t try breakfast as area was very small and limited.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the issues we had with our room. The breakfast bar had an abundance of amazing food items to choose from; will consider this hotel chain again in the future.

Staff was not helpful and the place was musty, damaged and area felt unsafe.

I liked that the location proximity to my event. I dogs by like that there were bedbugs in my room and it didn't look very clean. The tub had other people's hair and what looked like blood smeared in the tub. The floors were slimy. The main door was broken. There was insufficient parking. I paided for two days and only stayed one. When I checked out.the lady at the counter refused to give me my bill.

The beds were soft. Slept great. Their breakfast was excellent. We booked the room for 2 nights, could not get clean towels for the 2nd day. Kureg Coffee maker in the room looked like it had never been cleaned so we could not use that. Mold was in the refrigerator. A couple of the staff working were rude.

No curtains just a blind alot of light shines through toliet wouldn't stop running. Lots of running around in the room above us. Pillows were the worse ever

Clean and quiet. I don’t care for the pump bottles in the shower but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast was good.

I booked a room through Expedia and the hotel was overbooked and turned me away when I arrived. The staff told me the property manager had called or messaged be to let me know that my reservation was cancelled but I never received any communication regarding me not having a room.
