Lovely hotel, comfy bed and great climate control

Clean room

They offer a breakfast buffet in the morning for free. I remember it being better (ie. the eggs now taste like a powdered mix was used, and I thought they used to have little quiches, and you could make your own waffles, but I could be wrong), but it's a decent selection of food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, English muffins, muffins, mini waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, boxed cereal, coffee, tea, water, juices, milk.) I didn't use these, but they offer a laundry service, pool, hearing impaired rooms, and there is a fitness room. They also accept pets for an extra $100 fee.

Beautifully decorated interior. Knowledgeable staff on every level -front desk, housekeeping , maintenance.. very welcoming. The gym was exceptionally nice and very spacious. The outdoor fire pit off the main lobby was an outdoor space that I went to often but it was in terrible condition. I vape so I would go there to sit after dark. Didn’t meet the other attention to detail that the hotel exhibits.

The quality of the complimentary breakfast was mediocre

Contacted hotel staff with issues and they were addressed immediately! Breakfast had many options and was very delicious. Everything was in close proximity to itinerary. Will come back anytime I come to Ohio.

The suite was beautiful! It was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils including pots and pans. We did not hear any noise in the hallways or by other hotel rooms in our vicinity. The cleaning staff came in everyday and made beds and refreshed towels. The breakfast buffet included hot food and breakfast meats. The hotel staff greeted us when coming in and out and offered bottles of water. We would definitely come here again!!

Love everything about this hotel, including the location near the OSU campus. Plan to stay here again on our next visit to Columbus in September.

The continental breakfast had many options to choose from. The fitness room was great, had much more than your typical hotel. Spacious and clean hotel room and bathroom. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to the OSU campus.

Staff was amazing! A few things missing from our room(coffee decanter, ice bin, etc) but they replaced them as soon as we let them know. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is the pool description was way off. It was a tiny indoor pool in a room with no windows to outside.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The floor was dirty. There was no body wash in the dispenser.
