The pool is stupid small and if you have multiple families swimming at the same time they won’t fit. They OVERBOOKED multiple rooms, almost everyone who walked in they were trying to give them another room. When I explained I needed two beds (one for my husband and I) and one for my kids, she got quiet and refused help from her coworker. Then didn’t tell me about any of the amenities or where my room was, checkout etc, won’t stay there again!!

Stay was fine. The suite configuration was a little strange with the bathroom being so separated from the bedroom. Breakfast was very good as was cleanliness, and the staff members were very pleasant.

Sink was draining really slow. They changed the keys to the rooms and didn’t notify anyone.

This hotel is very well maintained. All the areas and rooms were clean. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it. It also has a hot tub, which was a plus. Breakfast was great too. Had many options.

Room was clean. Room was comfy & lots of room. We did get a complimentary upgrade which was nice. Overall everything was good. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down. Not much on it and lots was empty when we were there.
