Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent value!

Very clean rooms smells good as soon as you owned the door I didn’t have any issues with the property

Room was very nice and roomy The shower did not warm up at all. Gave it a little time to warm up and nothing at all. Charging for parking at an open lot was discouraging at 25 a night

we did not actually stay here as there was an issue w/ our room however they put us in the holiday inn down the road and everything was just as we had booked it here and they were very good at communicating this change to us

The room was very clean. The breakfast is well stocked and offers a lot of variety. We have family being treated at Riverside Methodist Hospital and have stayed here several times and never had to pay an additional parking fee. This trip, we rented 2 rooms for one night and were charged $30 for parking and told it had to be paid in cash in a separate transaction from our room rentals. The clerk originally tried to charge $50, but we refused to pay that so she lowered it to $30. We a stayed overnight here a week ago and did not pay anything to park, but this time it was required and had to be paid in cash only. I double checked on the booking listing and it says $10 per day. It just felt very scammy.

Staff were very helpful. Did not know there was a parking fee until the day of and was offered a cheaper rate if paid in cash which was odd ($25 down to $15). Gates close at night for security to parking lot. There was food left in the refridgerater when we arrived. A/C did not work in the bedroom but did in the living room. Stayed in room 502. Bed was comfortable and clean. Floors could have been swept a little bit better especially in bathroom. Refrigerator and dishwasher were stainless steel and dented but seemed to work fine just looks bad. We didn't use them so didn't really bother us. Shower was great and shampoos, conditioners, and lotion were Dove.

The overall stay was okay

I booked my trip for May 2026 in June 2025. A week before my trip the manager from the hotel called me to say they canceled my reservation. Left me stranded. Expedia had all the way through confirmed the reservation. Cost me extra for a last-minute booking at an inferior hotel.

The room was big and clean, exceptionally friendly staff and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

Nothing Very rundown. Expected better for the price. Room was not cleaned properly. We found underwear in the room from a prior guest. Room was in disrepair and wreaked of a deodorizer meant to cover up the weed smell.

Not much, the new staff said they was new there then the next guy said he lied that he was new their not him. I had to switch rooms after unpacking because the TV wouldnt except there own wifi. So after they switched me knowing my reasoning they put me in a room with no smart TV. I came out on a business trip just me working and they put me with a bunch of kids riding scooters in the hall way all night I couldnt sleep from the banging I asked if I could go back to the 1st room they put me in. They did I paid my cell phone company for hot spot and used my own wifi to have a TV I stayed there 3 nights using mynown wifi.
