We were upgraded to a suite. The breakfast was good. The exercise room was the best I have seen for a hotel! I was alone in the exercise facility on the treadmill and the lights went out in the room after about 10 minutes. I had to get off the treadmill for the motion sensor to engage and turn the lights back on.

The couch in the room had stains on it which is ridiculous

Very clean and nicely located to Schottenstein center and OSU campus and the stadium!

The property was great and clean for the most part. When we arrived to the hotel, we were told we could’ve stay in the executive suite that we had bought because a previous guest “smoked in the room and they did not have another”. We were then told that we couldn’t get any money back because we booked through booking.com and still had to stay in a one room hotel room which was over $100 less than what we paid for.

The rooms were nice. I like that they had a coffee maker, a microwave, and a fridge in the room. There was free tea and coffee machines in the lobby. There was a fitness center and we used the pool which was pretty nice and big. The breakfast could have been better. The pancake machine made inedible doughy pancakes. Everything else was okay. Thankfully it was free.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as expected. The only feedback I would add is that for an accessible room, the bathroom was not as accessible as we would have liked. There is no bar available to help someone on or off the toilet and no seat in the shower. Both would be very helpful additions.
