Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Loved that you still had a hot tub and it was actually clean and working! The hotel was much nicer than we expected for a Holiday Inn. If the price was not so expensive we would stay again. Did not realize parking was additional as I had already been charged $400 for a room that should only have cost $200 by booking.com. We appreciated the shuttle to the concert but didn't realize we had to pay extra for it and it only got us part way there and did not pick us up.

I feel bad leaving such a low review because the lady i checked out in the morning with was amazing.. but the guy who was there late at night that lied about the deposit immediately going back into my account was terrible, mainly for lying.. I work in banking so I knew that wasn't how it worked but he I feel he just wanted to lie to just get me to pay and potentially not go somewhere else. The interaction with him soured the entire stay. So thanks for nothing. Again, grateful for the lady I checked out with in the morning but would i stay there again? No

Everything was great for our state fair stay!

Their parking situation is really weird. They charge $15 not $10 for parking. They have this makeshift gaye that goes up in the front and you have to go around to the side entrance but that gate was broken. It's just really odd.

I did not like the location. The manager was rude with his staff in front of myself and my children. I did not like the crowd that came with this location. Upon check in, we witnessed a very impatient patron wanting to purchase his liquor. My husband witnessed what appeared to be a prostitute and shortly later her "date" entered the building. This is definitely not a family friendly hotel.

Had to take 3 keys to get into the room. Told front desk no housekeeping needed and came back to the room one night with our room door open and the room cleaned.

Definitely coming back. Staff was amazing and so helpful as well as a wonderful breakfast.
