Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus/University Area

Never going through Expedia again to book hotels, this hotel completely lost power for day and didn’t even receive refund because Expedia apparently goes through another middleman who denied to refund. Even after the hotel itself had agreed to it. Highway robbery.

The staff, especially Tyler did EVERYTHING to try to make this as palatable as possible. They were as accommodating sa humanly possible. I would really like a voucher for our stay. There was no internet, no lights, no hot water, no A/C, no electric at all. The hotel was not a hotel, at all. The staff was lovely. The accommodations, were not.

Multiple fraudulent reservations were made under my name, wrong confirmation numbers, wrong address and the facility could not help. I don’t think i will use Expedia again for anything as well.

It was great in all areas

room was not ready, at night our room door was hit hard and woke us, we did not sleep well that night and the following.

Location was great. Front desk staff was also great. Lobby was very nice. Breakfast was not very good during the week but a little better on the weekend. Price was crazy expensive. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was a bottle of water left on the floor by the bed from a previous guest. The alarm went off at 2 am but we never touched it. It was very loud all night long.

Front desk was great, I needed an early check in due to having medication on me that couldn't be in the heat where we would be out that day and they were able to accommodate me and I really appreciate that. Some of breakfast was a little overcooked, but overall it was on par with other hotels at this price point. We did have housekeeping or some other staff come in the room and wake us up at 7am, but not a big deal.

Hampton is the standard for stays while traveling. This Hampton was no different from the excellent room and bed, great breakfast, kind staff, and enjoyable atmosphere. It was affordable and comfortable!

The only draw back was a broken printer in the Business Center. I needed to print boarding passes for our return flight... Other than that it was a wonderful stay !

The room was large because it was an accessible room. Lots of space. The breakfast kitchen staff were always ready to assist people with their needs.

I like your service during check in. Tyler was very good. I love you breakfast. The server were very kind. I liked the clean environment from lobby to rooms. I stayed I handicap room. Room and bed was excellent. Bathroom was little concerning. I took shower and water came out on the floor. No worries, glad you had provided enough towels for me to place on the floor.

People was great, breakfast station has a lot of options. But my shower floor had mold
