Motel 6 Columbus, OH - OSU

Great hotel

El cuarto q nos dieron no funcionaba la ducha al momento nos tuvieron q cambiar de cuarto y el depósito cuando sw paga con tarjeta dilata más de 5 días y nada q lo devuelven

The toilet didn’t flush all the way. Cold shower. The TV stopped working.

low water pressure in the shower

I left my name and phone number for the manager and never heard back. Motel 6 then refused any refund, claiming we had "completed the stay," which isn't true. We were in the room only long enough to find the problem. The bare minimum for a motel room is a working bathroom. When something goes wrong here, there's no one to fix it and no one willing to make it right. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

Took hot water 45 min to get hot. Toilet ran all the time. Calling staff with concerns. Never showed up!. Provided 1 bath towel for a 2 night stay. Had to walk to office to request more. English was 2nd language. Cleaning never happened. Trash everywhere. Beds very uncomfortable. . Should of paid up to stay at this dump.

Na

Room did not smell fresh and clean. Sheets and towels were gross too. Will not be staying here again.

The place didn’t look clean at all and the bed wasn’t cleaned and the laundry room was out of service which means I didn’t get to clean any of my clothes and there was distinct smell in the room

Overall, the room did not feel clean or comfortable, and the experience was far below what I expected.

No hot water Tv control no working

Estaba dañado el baño

No pool- no laundry- no wifi-

Very poor

Location

Good location Only gave us one towel and three pillows for the 4 guest. When asking about more towels and pillow was told they were out

One cannot expect the finest lodging experience at a motel 6, but this truly showed just how low the bar can be. Rooms reeking of wet cigarettes, bed bugs, dirty sheets (even after two pairs)

Unfortunately we didn’t like anything besides the fact that we were close to our friend. There was urine in the floor of our room, which was not cleaned properly even AFTER we notified staff. They walked in, dropped a towel on it, then picked it back up. We would not come back.

The room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Non smoking room yet stuck sooo bad. There was zero towels and no shower curtain. The guy at the desk gave us a shower curtain for us to put up ourselves. There was no hot water. The toilet seat was falling off. Bathtub had pubic hair in it. The TV kept turning on by itself. Floor looked like it had never been mopped this decade. The latch for the door was broken off. The stairway to the second floor smelled like a urinal.
