No power the lights went out they didn’t notify nobody

It was not clean. There were no towels. The toilet barely flushed. The floor was dirty. If you are a late check-in and only need a bed and then out early in the morning…go for it.

The place is run down and nothing like the pictures online and my room was dirty had not been swept or moped the bathroom was dirty no countertop to put your stuff on, towel bars missing, toilet paper holder broken, shower had been half-assed painted and patched, drain cap missing and just plain dirty. Walls, doors wood work peeling and chipped, dirty and just all around run down. The amenities that were to come with the room, such as blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, were not there. Bed was clean but the bedspread had a burn mark in it. I should have known how it was going to be when I saw how messy and dirty the carpet was in the lobby and the over grown shrubs around the front door you could barely see. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, they are very deceiving to say the least. It's very run down and needs a total make over to get even close to what the pictures show it looks like. Not cheerful at all like the pictures show. Took staff almost 10 minutes to come in from outside to check me in. The 2 attendents at the front desk in the morning didn't even ask how my stay was took my door key card and asked how I paid said my $50 deposit would be refunded to my card and dismissed me like I was bothering them. Why they would have charged a deposit is beyond me. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed since it was right next door to the Hilton Garden Inn... didn't even compare to the area, looked like it should have been in the Ghetto.

The location was good. No towels in room, and no toilet paper, asked for towels from the house keeper she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, I asked for a roll of toilet paper I did get a roll of toilet paper. The room was not cleaned as it should have been done. My grandson was so looking forward to swimming in the pool and guess what the pool was not even opened. I will never stay there again.

I could not find a comfortable temp for my shower. The water went from scorching hot to very cold after I turned the shower head on. It was the weirdest thing!

it's nothing fancy but it's in a decent enough spot. the people at the front desk where super nice but the bed sheets had a burnt hole in them and our toilet clogged up. we also had to go ask for toilet paper because the roll was almost empty when we got there and there was none in the room. for the price though it's a good place. especially if you just need somewhere to sleep and aren't spending much time in your room.
