Everything was great. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I thought for the price there should have been a continental breakfast, at the least For the price, clean towels would have been expected and maybe an extra blanket

The hotel and room at all my expectations… Good value. The system was down when I arrived.The staff did an amazing job of helping people, despite tech complications.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was rude, spoke very softly and mumbled. Both of the women that checked us in and checked us out were extremely unprofessional. The ice machine was difficult to use as we had to ask for a smaller cup bc ours was all too big to fit. They ran out of coffee in the lobby (9am on a Monday morning) and the front desk attendant was extremely frustrated that she had to fill it. She left all of us waiting at the desk while she filled it and was extremely unprofessional as she yelled at us that she HAD to fill the coffee.

Breakfast could have been just a little bit more than what you just put out for people to eat but we ordered waffles and they were good dinner was good except for the veggies were still a little hard and we had expired ketchup bottles being given to you those need to be checked overall everything was great had an enjoyable time and would come back Not much of anything particularly everything was great like I said so the food items was so so the ketchup bottles were expired other than that had a great time here this weekend thank you

Very friendly staff and proximity to our venue. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Kind of wish breakfast was included in the price but that wasn’t a big deal either.

There was an odor of mildew in the entry way. The lobby furniture was worn and not the cleanest.

I checked out a day earlier and I was not refunded my money due to me booking with a third party I never stayed three days only 2
