For the price i thought this was going to be a good stay. We stayed two weeks for work and during the entire stay they only made our beds once. I kept having to ask for towels because they just wouldn't clean rooms.

Ashley is amazing at the desk!!! She took 4 trips to.the second floor to put packages that i had delivered at the hotel.into my room!! All the girls at the desk have been super nice and friendly ! Nice area with some food places around. Also a dog park across the street didn't use it due to some random.guy always sitting inside the fenced in area without a dog . Kinda sketchy when there are restaurants around . But overall great place

Very nice and perfect location for what we needed it for

Other than a single dirty pillowcase, the room was very clean. The price/value was good compared to other area properties. The proximity to my Dr office was the key to this location. Room was much smaller than I expected. The room above us was extremely noisy until almost 5am in the morning. The bed was uncomfortable. Needed better mattress.

I was expecting better snacks, for which I paid to upgrade, and there were NO snacks. No tissue box, which was inconvenient. Did get a better price when we added a day and were given the OSU discount that I knew nothing about when booking on line. Parking, AC and staff were fine.

Four dirty mattress, sheets, dirty floor, no soap in my room. Couldn’t clock out just left in the morning with nobody there so Terri At 6:30 AM I’ve been there since 6:00 AM couldn’t get my receipt.

Close to my destination Second floor no elevator. Back stairs closed. They tried to charge me when I arrived even though I already paid . I had to call them twice about getting a deposit back.

Location & price No room service

The location was great it was in the middle of everything. I also liked how the staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the rooms were clean except for the covers on the beds but other than that it was clean. The cleanliness of the bed and mattresses could have been way better, the covers had some dirty spots. Also, the wifi wasn't working very well at all, it could have been better.

Location was good and rooms were recently renovated They placed us in a 1st floor room the first night and smell of sewage from bathroom was terrible requested another room, moved to another 1st floor room same problem. Finally moved us to a 3rd floor room no smell for rest of our stay, a total of 5 nights. After first night tv lost half of the channels of which they only have a 40 channel package to start with and never got it corrected for the rest of our stay and wi-fi on and the entire time. But through it all the staff was great they done everything they could as quickly as they could to fix all the problems.

Clean and perfect location for concerts

The one main problem was, I felt like I was sleeping in a perfume bottle. It had a very strong deodorizer type smell that I just could not get over. Also, there was no hairdryer and I have never in my 65 years been in a hotel with no hairdryer ,had to leave with wet hair.
