We had an issue with the air conditioning unit and the staff moved swiftly to provide us with a room matching our initial amenities. We were greeted with a smile Everytime and with everyone on the staff. Beautiful weekend!!

He is a great representative for the organization. He has a positive perspective and he constantly deals with the public, respect!

Cons for my visit of 2 days/nights *The room smelled damp. It was damp because there are no ;outlet fans in the bathroom, just a vent in the wall. This made the room feel musty, *The elevator floor was very dirty, lots of dirt and gunk around the edges *The maid did not offer to clean the room of vacuum it the second day. Only the towels were replaced. The hotel was supposed to clean every day unless the visitor declined. *there was mildew on parts of the tub *The water dispenser in the corner of the breakfast area had a blinking light saying the filter needed to be changed. * there was a desk in the room, but there was no chair to use the desk. A bed, a loveseat and no chair comfortable TV viewing only happened sitting on the bed, which did not help my back. I arrived about 5 PM the first day, went to get some coffee and the coffee was stale from the morning and lukewarm. Lighting in the room was not sufficient for reading unless I was sitting right next to the lamp PROS: * the price point was good; however, there were several noticeable issues in the building *The people behind the desk were extremely helpful, offering service just about every time I saw them. Very good! * I asked for a quiet room and the desk opened one for me on the third floor. * the large mirror in the bathroom was well lighted. *waffles seem to be in high demand and they had two waffle makers.

It was a nice place to stay there was some water on the floor by laundry room I almost fell a couple of times it was slippery it felt like it had soap mixed with water maybe from laundry room other than that I will still stay at that hotel I was very happy with the service

They were actively remodeling the hotel when we got there, including into the evening on one of the nights of our stay, so we checked out early.

Beds were comfortable I reserved 3 rooms, one room had a shower drain issue, that did get resolved, and ants, but they changed our room.

Spacious clean room.

The only problem I encountered was how loud other occupants were. I could hear them running through the hall and slamming doors. This had nothing to do with the hotel just frustrating trying to sleep with people doing that. Even with a sound machine and ac on I couldn’t drown it out. Overall pleased with this stay.

We checked in late at night, and the staff was very kind. We had a dog with us and had no issues checking in. I'm assuming they put all pet owners in the same rooms, and unfortunately, the room we were in smelled strongly of dog pee. It was impossible to escape, and it made me not want to walk on the rug. There was a 2-inch gap under the door from the adjoining room, and we could hear the TV from next door throughout the night as loud as if it were in our room. It was a terrible night!

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great bang for our buck!

Aside from hard pillows and low stream shower head, the room was good enough. The staff were very friendly and assisting.

Basic room. Bathroom was fine. Plenty of parking. No problem with cat accompanying us. Safe stop on long road trip.

Property may show minor wear and tear but the staff is always incredibly friendly. Will return.

The location was perfect; there were plenty of shops, and it felt safe. The pool was dirty and there was little variety at breakfast.

Mo got us checked in, he was awesome!

However, found ants in our items when we returned home. The toilet had issues when flushing. The breakfast area wasn't very clean - tables were not wiped off and crumbs were all over the floor.

The bed and bathroom were okay I was rather upset that it was non refundable even if I needed to leave one day early. I had to pay for the room and all taxes even though I wasn’t there. I highly doubt I’d ever stay there again
