No air in the room felt like I was staying in a sauna. The tv didn’t work. The dude that works the desk overnight is rude. Would not recommend

Cleanliness was shot, beds were gross, microwave was very old and hardly worked, no trashcan in the unit, toilet not secured to the floor properly, other tenets were rude and destroying property. The whole stay was not what we had expected. We will not be returning.

At least the front door was secured and able to lock. Nothing Was not allowed to check in, was told systems were down but they kept checking other people in. Attendant refused to call Booking to cancel so I had to to avoid being charged.

Bad

The room wasn't the cleanest, and when I first got there I was confused where room numbers were and it didn't make sense to me so I was a little frustrated n top of already haviing a bad day, I also didn't get my 50 deposit back I paid to them.

It’s trash place to stay

The wrong was in poor condition had holes in the wall. None of the outlets worked no refrigerator brackets hanging off the bar in the tub. Nails poking out around the door pillows need to be thrown away. They're terrible. The staff was very nice.

Well the first room I was put in the air didn't work the second one had no TV or microwave, was told they'd bring it to me and that never happened so had to be put in a third room by 3rd shift person and it has bugs in ALL of them!!!!!

The fact that I was able to flee when I needed to It's not a hotel or an inn.It is simply bed bugs holding hands

Drove up to property and had homeless people outside injecting themselves with unknown substances. Dumpsters everywhere and broken down cars in lot.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. This hotel is a total shit hole. Room smelled like a wet dog, couch was filthy, no way would I sit on it. AC unit leaking, carpet was wet around it. A very big, overflowing dumpster literally right outside my door, vagrants right next to the parking lot. Several other issues but you get the picture.
