Well the first room I was put in the air didn't work the second one had no TV or microwave, was told they'd bring it to me and that never happened so had to be put in a third room by 3rd shift person and it has bugs in ALL of them!!!!!
-
The fact that I was able to flee when I needed to It's not a hotel or an inn.It is simply bed bugs holding hands
-
Drove up to property and had homeless people outside injecting themselves with unknown substances. Dumpsters everywhere and broken down cars in lot.
-
Roach infested, dirty, locks did not work, prostitution everywhere
-
Shower did not work. Blankets were thin. Bed was hard
-
Na Having a pillow would have been great. Hole in the ceiling of the room
-
No tv in room roaches and unclean floors

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. This hotel is a total shit hole. Room smelled like a wet dog, couch was filthy, no way would I sit on it. AC unit leaking, carpet was wet around it. A very big, overflowing dumpster literally right outside my door, vagrants right next to the parking lot. Several other issues but you get the picture.

I checked in and checked out...this hotel shouldn't be in service. I didn't stay there. There were roaches in the bathtub...After the staff told me they had no bugs. No running water out of the sink faucet. One pillow for two beds. No cover on bathroom vents. Towels looked used. I then called to front desk and they advised that...this is what it is or I can call hotels.com and get my money back. I left hotel and checked into the Holiday Inn close by. I'm still fighting for my refund from Hotels.com. I now don't trust hotels.com because they have places like this on there website.

The lying to the customers ?♀️

The air conditioner did not work during our stay, and there was broken glass outside our door as well as in the stairwell, which created a serious safety concern. Additionally, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. There was constant yelling and noise outside all night, making it impossible to rest. The shower had little to no water pressure, and the temperature fluctuated unpredictably between extremely hot and freezing cold. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and far below expectations.

The property is currently being renovated. Many of the rooms are not ready. Due to a huge music festival in the city, many rooms that weren't ready were made available.

Pulled up to check in after being at an outdoor event all day and was told my room was not available because they were overbooked. They said this happens a lot through Expedia. I would like my money back please and thank you. I had to make the almost 2 hour drive home for the four day event instead of having a place to stay only 16 mins away. I will be expecting a full refund, thank you.

Let’s be honest it is a two star hotel at best. Our room had the basics amenities with a fridge and microwave. Overall cleanliness wasn’t great. However, during a concert weekend with hotels starting at around $500-600 a night. I will glad take my two star hotel room for $68 a night. Because with a can of disinfectant, bleach wipes, and some fresh sheets from Walmart. It was the best 4 night stay. They definitely are trying though as some rooms were vacant and being renovated. Staff was friendly on check in. Really didn’t require much during the stay. Parking was free and easy access every night. AC/heating unit looked old but worked like a dream with the bipolar weather. Water pressure for hot/cold water in shower was amazing.

We showed up after a music festival around 11pm and were turned away after booking a month prior. We were told we would receive a refund. Searched anround annd finally found the last vacancy at an hotel. After a few days one of the agents on here finally got them to refund us. They argued saying it was nonrefundable even though we showed up and were sent away. Had some people hanging in the lobby who seemed to be high. Lots of sketchy stuff seemed to be happening in the parking lot as well. Just not good vibes at all. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money on a decent place to sleep. Comfort suites is across the street.
