Motel 6 Columbus, OH - West

The room showed it's wear, but the staff was amazing!

THIS IS THE WORST, NON KID FRIENDLY, SCARY, NOT MAINTAINED PROPERTY THAT WE HAVE EVER SEEN. The doors did not lock, there was bags of trash all around the property, lots of people sitting in cars all night, sketchy area, not safe, very old tub, super small bathroom, no towels, THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE COVID, the entire first floor is rented out by long term tenants, this place should be closed down!

Clean basic room. Extremely friendly staff on second and third shift.

We stayed here one night just traveling through. The room was sparse, but clean so that was fantastic. The bed, however, was terrible. It sloped downward & there was som sort of metal bar right across the middle of my back. I could barely get out of bed the next morning. If you have any sort of back issues, I would stay somewhere else.

The bed was rock hard actually messed up my back to where I had to go to the chiropractor breakfast was not out when it was supposed to be out checkin was ridiculous they double booked the room I was supper to get so we got put into a smaller room with less beds. The room also cost alot less than the one I booked and they refused me a refund never again will we go there. Also had some druggies in and out all night being loud and fighting did not feel safe and it scared my children.

The property did not give me the room I booked on Expedia I asked for 2 double beds and I received one king size we had 3 people the midnight staff was helpful and got us a rollaway but I've very dissatisfied with either expedia or the property

Staff was pleasant, motel was older but clean. Very quiet!

Front desk staff was nice and helpful. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room felt dirty. There was constant loud noise I. Our hall way and there was never anything done by staff to help reduce the noise. Room was either extremely cold or hot. If AC was on it was really cold and if it wasn’t on then it was really hot. Only stayed to catch an early flight and it was hard to even get 5 hours of sleep with the comfort of the bed.

Beds were hard. Room was old and dirty. Woke up to roaches crawling on the wall. Couldn't leave quick enough after that.

Great staff room is good for the price

It's nice to be able to do laundry. Not a lot of htels have laundry. The front desk staff was welcoming and nice.

It is in a convenient location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Check in was quick and smooth. When we got to our room, the cigarette odor was so strong even though it claims to be a smoke free property. Within 5 minutes my nose and eyes were burning so we had to leave and book a hotel elsewhere. The tiles/vinyl plank were not glued down so they were shifting and my daughter tripped on one of them that was overlapping another tile. There were also holes in the bathroom door from someone punching it. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. Those cosmetic factors could have been overlooked if the odor wasn’t so strong.

Good stay

Room was clean, check in was quick and easy. The area is sketchy; there were people roaming around the parking lot. There is not a coffee maker in the room. The bed was comfortable
