The hotel is beautiful. The front desk was very nice and informative. The room was sooooo nice and clean. There are numerous restaurants, plenty of stores to shop, Dave & Busters, movie theater, escape room all directly across the street. The pool is nice too.

Great stay! Nice, clean rooms with pillows that are like butter. Would definitely stay here again if I ever stay in concord again.

All the photos show a handheld showerhead, but they are not. The shower itself is quite narrow. It did have great water pressure for a hotel.

My family and I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Amenities were good and the price was fair. I will say that I wished my room was less dusty. The headboards and lamp areas were too dusty. I could see the dusty flying under the light. Bedding, the thicker blanket looked dirty. Perhaps wash it or replace it. Air conditioning worked great and staff were kind. Thanks

Other than paying for self parking we enjoyed ourselves.

I did not like being charged $19. per night for parking. Room was hot when I arrived, climate control confusing and no clear directions.

Refrigerator in the room didn’t work. But super clean and friendly staff

Thought check in lady was grumpy and unhelpful in our not understanding of additional charge. Getting to the gorgeous room with view of stream with ducks mellowed. Then shower with all Crabtree lotions relaxing. Pool good size would definitely return and the money on card refunded the day we checked out!!
