Hilton Concord

the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and we have to move to another room and had a hard time going back to sleep, which was a problem to my husband coz he has to go to work at 5:30am. we checked in so we could have a good night sleep before we send off my best friend but ended up disturbed by that smoke alarm

When I checked in they the gentleman was rushing and not polite. Didn’t activate my key properly and had to go back to get my key activated. When we entered the room 1 of the 2 rooms we got the carpet was soaked in water. They didn’t give us the option to change rooms we got complimentary breakfast which we never made it to because of the issue we had at night with the wet carpet we woke up a little later the air conditioning didn’t work it kept waking us at night. I also got charged for parking that I wasn’t aware of twice, yes I got 2 room but we came in 1 vehicle. Will not stay here again.

Like having a room card that is needed to get on the elevator to go to your room.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room, but pretty much everything is a paid extra. $19/day for parking in this area is absurd.

There were a few things that were disappointing, though. Unfortunately, the rooms didn’t appear to be properly cleaned when we checked in, especially the bathroom and shower, which needed more attention. While we were using the hot tub with our children, there was an individual repeatedly coming in and out of the area, talking loudly to himself and throwing objects around. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable, and I wish there had been more staff presence to ensure guests felt safe. Lastly, the hotel advertised that the bar was open until 10:00 p.m. We went downstairs around 9:45 p.m., but it had already closed and a sign was posted saying it was no longer serving customers. It was disappointing since we called the desk before going down she stated they closed at 10pm. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed the convenient location and the amenities. With better housekeeping, improved supervision in the pool area, and more consistent adherence to posted business hours, this hotel could provide an even better experience.

Everything was well, loved my stay only con was that the AC wasn’t working it was only on fan mode. Night stay was a bit warm.

Nice property and the staff were friendly and helpful. Price was great, everyone enjoyed the pool.

The room was great, quiet and clean. Everything we needed the hotel staff was accommodating. No questions asked regarding our pet. The hotel location is nice since it's right in the heart of many shopping centers, close by to the locations that we as a family needed. The amenities were fine such as the pool. Parking is only secure to benefit the hotel but, we had a fine stay.
