Premier Inns Concord

This property is actually a very large motel mostly populated with distressed/ homeless people. Buildings are in a very poor shape- the whole property feels very run down. Our room was large and clean beds were OK but fridge didn’t work. No basic things that you expect from a hotel like free WiFi (available for extra $$) or a coffee maker or a microwave. Highly disappointed with Expedia’s misleading high ranking of this property which turned out to be nothing but a dump!

The worker was really rude. The rooms were dirty . My blanket had a stain on it . There was a broken razor behind the fridge . Said it was a non smoking room but smelled like smoke . No WiFi

Pretty dirty all around. I wore my shoes constantly. The refrigerator was off and I couldn't find a way to turn it on. The front desk wouldn't answer the phone tho I tried about 7 times. My food went bad. Very unpleasant experience.

The room was disgusting. Smelled like mildew. The bathtub was cracked and had what be looked like a bad spackle spread over the cracks. The blanket had holes in it and had shoe prints like it was stepped on.

A little rugged but okay. I felt fine there.

Lobby smells since the receptionist has a dog and cat there. A/C is not as cold and the door was so hard to open.

The rooms were clean, but the shower was broken, the headboard was a part of the wall and not attached to the bedframe, and the beds were very loud and moved around (iykyk). Came in clutch though, wasn't horrible, but the blankets were thin. Checking in and out was easy. Quality reflects price, it's very affordable.

Housekeeping does a great job. Better than Disneyland and business type hotels I stay at. It is older building, but they do a good job keeping it up.

Terrible decision do not go there unless you are a crack head.

Staff was awesome and friendly . Yet sadly the facility was kind of bad. The second floor ground was uneven and dirty. Even though the top was no smoking. Guests on the bottom were. Meaning you could still smell that terrible second hand smoke.

When entering the lobby, i was able to ignore the strong smell of cat urine, because i realized the owners black cat actually lives in the lobby...and he was cute. Though he didnt have any toys, he kept entertained chasing a cockroach around the lobby for several minutes. We were given room 202, and upon entering it was disgusting. It had a horrible smell, and the carpet was filthy. When we requested a new room, the clerk replied, "you do know this is the cheapest motel in town, right". Fortunately, we were given a new room, this one with hard floors, no carpet. It was just barely ok. The soap and shampoo provided was good quality. The shower had great water pressure, and the towels were clean and nice. The ac worked well, and there was a fridge in the room. The sheets and blankets had significant stains, and the tv remote was caked with dirt. The location is convenient to everything, including the brazilian bbq restaurant, which we walked to. On our return, we noticed 3 police cars in the hotel parking lot, arresting a woman in the hotel's laundry room and vending area, which is possibly my favorite part of the hotel. Nice variety in vending machines, including horizon milk, ice cold. The hote deteriorated in the 4 months since our first visit. Definitely won't be staying here again, and it's too bad. If they put even minimum effort into cleaning and refreshing the rooms, it could be ok. But it feels like they have given up, and instead are proud of being the cheapest place.
