Great location, staff was great and the rooms were modern and clean.

beautiful hotel. Very clean and smelled lovely the happy hour was not as advertised. They were out of almost every Happy Hour Drink. When we went to sit outside at the sky bar for Happy Hour they told us it was closed for a private event

Amazing

This is the cutest lil find! It’s in a beautiful space and a bustling community. We celebrated our anniversary here and Nygel (sp?) made it super special for us on short notice and no extra charge! We will def return to try their restaurant for brunch! It’s also so convenient to KOP so you can even make it a shopping trip. You’re also super close to Philly!

Very clean. Beautiful Nothing

This was the 18th time that my family has stayed at the West & Main since it opened less than five years ago. The physical hotel has never disappointed, but the staff are always the highlight. Casey, Simone, Janet, Jessica, Lloyd, Sean, Matthew, Joe, and many others, to whom I apologize for not including names, are warm, welcoming, world class hospitality professionals. Hilton would be wise to use the fantastic culture at the West & Main as an incubator for developing leadership talent for their portfolio of luxury boutique properties.

Superb

Lovely lobby, nice bars, restaurant menus ok but not varied enough for business travelers looking for quick reasonably priced meal. Room oddly proportioned—large empty space near door and stark decor made room feel institutional, whereas lobby is invitingly warm. Expected more thoughtful room for price. Bedding and pillows are great—which I always hope and usually get from a Hilton property, and much appreciated.

Love the Firehouse theme throughout! Room, breakfast/bar area, and grounds were all delightful. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful! They went above & beyond normal protocol & expectations.

I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced and paid in full when I arrived to the property they had put someone else in my room and almost didn't even find me a replacement room. They finally found a dirty room to clean for us. The front desk lady did not handle the mix up well at all I thought i was going to have to sleep in the lobby. she just kept saying ugh ugh and it been a messed up day. The cleaning lady had to step in and help for us to get a room! Next day I went and spoke with them about the issue I was told I would get a comped night for the mix up and I did get moved to my original booked room and they tried to act like it was an upgrade but it was the room I was supposed to be in. Manager never came to speak with us kept going through the employees. The male clerk was amazing he did the best he could. It took me calling every day to the third party i used and the hotel 800 number and specific hotel that they finally approved a refund for the first night.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. Very spacious the bathroom perfect rolling roll out shower. We would completely stay here again.

I don't want to make it about race but I am an African American woman. The woman checking in and the man checking out we're caucasian.
