Nice linens and bedding

I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced and paid in full when I arrived to the property they had put someone else in my room and almost didn't even find me a replacement room. They finally found a dirty room to clean for us. The front desk lady did not handle the mix up well at all I thought i was going to have to sleep in the lobby. she just kept saying ugh ugh and it been a messed up day. The cleaning lady had to step in and help for us to get a room! Next day I went and spoke with them about the issue I was told I would get a comped night for the mix up and I did get moved to my original booked room and they tried to act like it was an upgrade but it was the room I was supposed to be in. Manager never came to speak with us kept going through the employees. The male clerk was amazing he did the best he could. It took me calling every day to the third party i used and the hotel 800 number and specific hotel that they finally approved a refund for the first night.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. Very spacious the bathroom perfect rolling roll out shower. We would completely stay here again.

I don't want to make it about race but I am an African American woman. The woman checking in and the man checking out we're caucasian.

West & Main Conshohocken Hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean, historically meaningful, and the outside courtyard was perfectly manicured and maintained. If the weather had cooperated, we would have enjoyed sitting out in the late evening with some drinks. Our room was very spacious, elegant and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful as well. Also, finally hotel pillows that do not swallow your whole head, while leaving it flat on the mattress, haha!! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. The staff was phenomenal- they went above and beyond their service duty to make sure our stay was as elevated as possible, not just comfortable. I felt like a first class VIP the hole time we were there. Breakfast was delicious, with quality ingredients. Thank you West & Main Conshohocken staff fro making our stay special. N/A

The staff was friendly and helpful giving us recommendations and tips on nearby events. The building was tastefully decorated and the rooms were clean.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The bar downstairs has a great breakfast and at night opens up to the outside area which is beautiful. Would definitely recommend
