The staff was friendly and helpful giving us recommendations and tips on nearby events. The building was tastefully decorated and the rooms were clean.

I had a pleasant time with my wife there. Good food, beautiful space and very helpful staff. I’m coming back for sure.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The bar downstairs has a great breakfast and at night opens up to the outside area which is beautiful. Would definitely recommend

this hotel is in a refurbished old firehouse. the new o e is next to it. clean property convenient to major roadways. nearby and onsite dining. I would return to this property.

The building was well built, but there were unfortunately many issues with the property. This is obviously a spot for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports events etc. and as a result, you feel like most guests are there to burn it down one night and leave. Screaming everywhere all the time. The "Hook and Ladder" bar/ steakhouse had no reservations and people were elbow to elbow screaming at each other. The downstairs bar had 5 or 6 seats and a hundred of people wanting to order a drink. Just not enough space and resources for what they have going on there. When we first arrived, it was difficult to figure out parking, and once you did, there were no clear signs from the parking garage to the hotel. This would have all been fine for a value property, but this was almost $500 per night. To add insult to injury, we didn't know our schedule yet, but booked Friday, and even two weeks before, we were not able to revise it and weren't able to come Friday night for my son's graduation, so we paid $1,000 for the night. I would highly recommend not going through Expedia and going directly to Hilton. They HATE Expedia guests.

Nice place to stay small and pricey for a average room but clean not a place I would go back to stay

A group of us stayed at the West& Main property recently and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only about 20mins from Center City, Philly. Check in was quick and easy with front desk staff being both welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Upon first entering it also smelled freshly cleaned which we all appreciated. At one point we requested extra towels and the gentleman who brought them (within 10mins of us calling the front desk might I add) was so pleasant and well mannered. Parking is available for hotel guests for $20/night. We weren’t able to try the food at their restaurants but it all smelled delicious and everyone eating looked to be enjoying their food. The gym was on the smaller side but still allowed for great workouts. All in all I’d definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel! Great location, beautiful on the outside and excellent parking. This is a newer hotel so it looks visually appealing and modern, has the cutest outside sitting area, a great bar, and the restaurant is delicious! The rooms are of course perfect, the showers are large with good water pressure and the beds are comfortable. My only feedback is I thought the staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. They weren’t mean but not forward facing with the customer service. For this beautiful hotel, I would expect over the top customer service. Nonetheless, this was a great hotel and I would absolutely stay again.

Check in front desk staff were friendly and informative. The restaurant staff at the hotel were not very friendly. I would return to hotel but not eat at the hotel.

Hotel was great Got an email asking about my stay for a date I cancelled

The charm of it being a former fire house with oringial items incorporated into the design was a treat. The staff could not have been more pleasent and went out of their way to please you. The food was excellent and the chef actually came out to speak with me about my request that was not in their breakfsst menu. It turned out perfect. The fine dining resteaurant located on the second floor was fantastic. Great areas to just read a book or talk with friends both inside and outside. Although I did not need it there is a parking garage conveniently located off the courtyard entrance. I will certainly stay here again S M E

-
clean, gorgeous property! would come back
-
Room was very eclectic, but too much space where there could have been things put into the room. Like a bench, desk, etc.
-
Clean room, adorable!
-
Nice property. Convenient and walkable location. Lots of dinning options nearby. Only issue is the street and train noise. Take earplugs.
-
Great hotel. The only thing I would add is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
