Very good

This hotel was in a great location. Very walkable to local dining which was extremely convenient. The only issue was there was a problem with the pool and it was unable to be used. These things happen so it wasn't a huge issue for us but staff was very communicative and apologetic about the inconvenience of the pool being closed for use.

Very clean. Helpful staff. And the breakfast was really good amenity as well.

Our toilet overflowed in the middle of the night at 3am and flooded the entire bathroom into the carpet area. I had to walk through toilet water to exit the room then they never said sorry for the inconvenience they never cleaned it up. My mom and I had to leave our room at 3am and walk through the toilet water to go to another room. Never saw one staff member except for when the gentleman at the desk said nothing but handed me a key card to another room.

Clean, great staff, easy checkout, convenient location

The facility a nice surprise for us. It was more than we expected for the price. The included breakfast was in the sports lounge and was a lovely buffet and accompanied by a full staff The only issue was that we chose the “handicapped “ room. It probably wasn’t ADA compliant. It did have grab bars though. But only a slippery tub.

I don't like there's no free coffee or breakfast. My room was $300 and is always pricey compared to others but my co-workers always want to stay here. Edges of the room were dirty--not that they needed to be cleaned but that they needed to be painted or replaced.

All great, clean and comfortable beds. The only issue was the ice machine on our floor was not working. And I also didn’t like that you have to pay for parking. What?! I went to my car the next morning and had a warning on my car that hotel guests need to pay. 🙄

After driving three and a half hours my husband and I arrived at this hotel to find it closed. We were not given any notice even though we had a confirmed reservation.
-
It was flooding and fire in the hotel. We had to evacuate and live the hotel and looking for another hotel middle of the night, at 1 am.

Friendly staff, convenient to transit and Reading Market
-
Hotel closed. Day before my stay. They didn’t contact me. Was left without a place to stay. Hotels.com was brutal. Could not book another place. Over an hour on phone with them. Worst experience ever

The friendliest as most helpful check-in staff I've encountered in a while

I like the rooms were spacious, the pool was great and hot tub was HOT and relaxing. I was disappointed that there was no free breakfast, which is my reason for the 4 stars.
-
Location was excellent for what we needed. Everything was clean and the breakfast was really good. Staff were nice. Plenty parking, even having to pay for it.
-
The property was convenient to King of Prussia and the city of Philadelphia. The room was ok a little wear and tear. Great water pressure and temperature. The restaurant looked nice but didn't eat there. The pool area needs the most work. Hole in the ceiling water was dripping into a bucket. The Jacuzzi needs a new paint job and tiles replaced . I didn't look into the pool.
