Convenient location, staff was great, no ice machines but did have bags of ice for free in lobby.
-
The main lobby was busy and loud
-
Great stay I would highly recommend
-
The room was clean. Breakfast was good and the pool was a good temperature. The hot tub was a great bonus.
-
Awesome stay. We loved it.
-
They didn’t have a crib for my son and that was very not accommodating
-
Location, room size, breakfast, and 3pm or earlier check in time. If you line swimming pool … Train noise from 6;30am and price slightly on high side.
-
We live locally and went for a pool day. The pool was clean and not busy at all despite the hotel being very busy. My room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very enjoyable.
-
It is conveniently located, comfortable and clean. It’s a little worn and the pool is chilly.
-
Ok Basketball goal has been broken for several years

The hotel's location is also very enjoyable. If you like walking, running, or simply spending time outdoors, the nearby riverwalk provides a relaxing and scenic environment for exercise and leisure. Overall, I truly have no complaints about my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

No hot water and clogged toilet but was corrected by staff.

1. Cleanliness of the workout facility. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted or wiped down in days. 3 towels lying around. Obviously that’s not their fault but lack of courtesy from their clientele. I picked the towels up. The housekeeping staff was immediately responsive & the front desk & kitchen staff were also pleasant. Our room was very clean, so highs there. 2. Lousy coffee. I’m really not the biggest coffee snob in the world (at home I drink Folgers or Dunkin Donuts) but the coffee was not drinkable for me. It was weak & tasteless (both in the room & breakfast coffee set up). I realize that Residence Inn is on the discount end of the Marriott chain but coffee matters to people & is an important component of hospitality. Marriott can & should do better. TBH it will slow me down from choosing Residence Inn again.

Great rooms and helpful staff! Breakfast was good as well

My room was extremely clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly, especially Marcel Roos the general manager was very helpful and accommodating. The pool was very relaxing. I was a little bummed that the Jacuzzi was out of order, but it didn’t affect my stay. Breakfast had plenty of varieties. I would definitely stay there again!

Yes when you enter the front lobby you have to go upstairs on the second floor to check in well I did not know that so I ask Cindy to help me and she just gave me this look like duh your suppose to chime in and the front desk person will automatically open the front doors so I gave her that look back like how was I supposed to know that but other than that my stay was fine……oh yeah the hot tub was out of service !!!!
