I had some problems on the road so I arrived after 12 and when I arrived

Nice room very nice staff

The room was nice clean and comfortable bed was comfortable nice the staff were nice

New hotels everything was clean and functional definitely will stay here again

Problemas con el agua de la instalación, hubo un día que no hubo agua ni para fregar y no dieron explicaciones, al otro día se restauró el servicio , las instalaciones están buenas y el personal es excelente.

Staff was helpful room was nice, the shower had hairs in it so that was a problem. Actually the only problem.

I had a leak in the room on my second night, I believe it was from the air-condition but I'm not sure because there'd been a very heavy rain. I reported it to the desk clerk, no one came up to look at it or called. I had to go back down and request for something to get the water up, so I did not slip and fall. I was given some laundry to lay down on it and that same laundry stayed there the remaining of my stay. The desk clerk said someone would be up the following morning. I stopped by the desk on my way out the following morning and a different clerk was there and was unaware of the issue.

The room was clean however no wash cloths were in there and I was charged 24$ for asking for 2 wash cloths and 2 towels. Also I paid for my room in full and a fraudulent charge was attempted afterwards on the morning of my departure. So beware of that.

Laundry needs some attention staff helpful. They make you feel welcomed. Stay 1 month for work

No iron in the room. There were also ants in my room.

Our room was not very clean. The beds were clean, but the microwave was full of crumbs and there was dried food on the floor as well as in the drawers below the microwave. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. My wife went down to ask and was told they had all been loaned out. Our toilet backed up in the middle of the night. I went to the front desk and waited for the night person on duty. She had put a sign on the desk saying she was away helping a guest. But I could hear someone talking from the back room she then finally came from the back. I asked for a plunger. I had to fix the toilet myself. We were told that if we needed clean or extra towels there would be a fee or we could wash them ourselves. I understand this is a no frills type of hotel but charging fees for amenities that every other hotel gladly offers for free. We will likely not return to this hotel.

The staff was poor they put me in a room where someone was staying and the ceiling light didn't work 😭

Unfortunately, the second room was not ready for guests—the beds were unmade, and there were no sheets on the bed. I had to return to the front desk a second time before being assigned a third room, which finally appeared to be clean. By that point, however, I was extremely frustrated with the experience. The overall condition of the hotel also left much to be desired. The hallways were dirty, the carpets appeared to be in need of cleaning, and there was a very strong laundry detergent smell throughout the first floor. The upper floors had a noticeable old, musty hotel odor. I simply could not wait to check out. Staff were nice but everything else seemed problematic. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The front desk clerks ( La'Porsha) were real helpful and presented good customer service.

Clean && Nice.

The hotel is kool. But no ice machine. And they don't Throw away the garbage!

Hotel staff was helpful and property was very clean and well kept. TV channels were limited, and there should be microwaves and ice machines

That it was new. But the staff and the people outside smoking weed and drinking and fixing on cars is a bad look There was no accommodation for being putting in the wrong room no ice no housekeeping the keys didn’t work in. The staff overnight was very rude.

Overall the property was clean however, the front staff were rarely present, double charged me and refused to give me a receipt when I called. Actually, he/she hung up the phone on me.
