I had often wondered about the Hampton but never actually stayed there. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The property was well kept, the room was clean , equipped and well stocked. The staff was very polite and professional. I will definitely choose the Hampton again!!!!

My husband, kids, and I stayed at Hampton Inn Conyers, while my cousin and her kids stayed in another room. Overall, we had a good experience, especially because of the wonderful staff. My cousin uses a wheelchair, and when we checked in, we realized her wheelchair could not fit properly into the standard bathroom because of the way the door swings. She is usually able to manage standard rooms at many hotels. The front desk staff were awesome and quickly moved her to a wheelchair-accessible room at no extra charge. We really appreciated how accommodating they were. Unfortunately, the accessible shower had no door, and whenever they showered, water ran all over the bathroom floor, basically flooding it. This could definitely use some attention, especially since a wet floor can be a concern for someone with limited mobility. The bathroom in our room could also use some updating, but everything else was clean and decent. We loved the breakfast! The breakfast attendant was friendly and welcoming and even helped my cousin make waffles because she couldn’t reach the waffle maker from her wheelchair. I especially enjoyed the omelette on a bagel with cream cheese. Having coffee available 24 hours was also a big plus. Overall, the helpful staff, cleanliness, and great breakfast made our stay enjoyable. With a few bathroom improvements, it would be even better.

The entrance was hard to find due to all the traffic blocking it .

Shower curtain in the bathroom was not low enough and the water came out from the shower onto the bathroom floor and into the room

The overall stay was good. The room was very neat very clean. However, the free breakfast was not good at all. There was no meat for the breakfast just eggs, lots of cereal, oatmeal and two types of fruit, apples, and bananas . The staff could’ve been a lot more, Pleasant and helpful

The breakfast preparer Debra is excellent as always! I have stayed at Conyers Hampton numerous times and she is always kind and attentive to everyone. The building however has issues with the exterior door locks. It appears to be an ongoing issue, as this has been a problem n previous visits as well. Overall, good stay.

Location was convenient to the event,we were attending. Shopping was all around,along with dining. Overall great stay.

Friendly, professional staff; clean rooms; comfortable beds.

Carpet in room was damp and there was water in the bathroom floor everyday. The y did not come and clean the room at all for a whole three day stay and would not replenish towels and rags until I asked a second time with another staff on 2nd night. The hotel elevator looked very worn with a panel cover exposing electrical wiring even off. I would say the breakfast and coffee was good.

Very nice place and very good experience. Had an excellent breakfast and the bed was comfortable. I don't know what it is about hotels lately but no matter where I stay I smell marijuana everywhere. I know that's probably not the fault of the property but it's really annoying.
