Hampton Inn Conyers

The air conditioner wasn't working properly and the room was hot...told front desk and they were nonchalant about it.. nobody came to check the problem and when we asked for at least a fan we were told they didn't have any...Pedro the night clerk just shook his shoulder like he could care less. Then the next morning we asked for more towels as there was 4 of us and the room only had 2 sets of towels, the Spanish speaking housekeeper acted like because we were checking out we didn't need no towels or wash cloths after sweating all night in the no air conditioning room. I plan on contacting corporate about the treatment we received from the staff

Be mindful that lots of construction is going on around the hotel, making it not a very nice look on the outside.

You could not get in the back doors.The keys never worked. And they never did anything about it. Also, my daughter was walking through the lobby Several times talking to the staff about the keys and she went out to the car and she fell asleep.The staff said they never saw her.This was 3am in the morning. If the staff talks to somebody three times in the a m and a frantic mother asks them, have you seen anybody?And they say, no, all of our safety is in jeopardy At this location

Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I would like to see improved is the signs at the entrance to the parking lot. It's located on a curve and not enough lighting. Hard to see.

The location was perfectly located close to the hotel, stores, and restaurants. The decor was very nice. The employees were helpful and professional. Check in and check out was easy. Unfortunately, we constantly had issues with the bathroom sink leaking. The maintenance person came to check it, but couldn’t fix it. The construction made it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Parking shouldn’t be allowed right next to the pool area. When a car is parked there, it makes it difficult to access the back door entrance by the pool.

Its a nice location and clean.

No cleaning services ,bathroom shower tub wouldn’t drain,elevator goes out so often, shower water stop running can not contact anyone on the phone before checking in breakfast was good front desk staff was great

It’s was great we had only one problem the tub was clogged but other than that it was super clean the staff was willing to help with the tub but I said it was ok it was late. Everything else was good.

Great place

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty, didnt get to swim in the pool because it was dirty,carpet was old and dirty, the bathroom floors were dirty,not swept. There was no cleaning service available for 4 days so I went to Walmart next door and had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our rooms and bathrooms. The good part was the young ladies at the front desk were kind,courteous and helpful. Never again!

Every was ok. ,but housekeeping was not there. I had to go to desk for towels, tissue and liners.

The area was great for the reason I came, very convenient

The breakfast was great! The cook/ attendant was awesome. Made sure everything was stocked. Great customer service. Only thing the room we had the bathwater in the shower was missing. Didn't bother to say anything, because we carry our own. Other than that. Great stay, great location, everything was located right there. Will definitely Stay again

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Just one minor issue. Mot all rooms had extra blankets or backup remover pads.

Clean & Neat with Friendly Staff!

Rooms were clean. I had a medical emergency at an event we attended there in town. One of the staff laughed about it and was not sympathetic of the situation and made very light of it. The manager tried to smooth it over, but you could tell that the staff still did not take it serious.
