The staff was very friendly! While this might not seem important to some, I value customer service highly. I had a pleasant interaction with every staff member during my stay. Not a big deal, but I would have liked a better breakfast; freshly cooked, buffet-style foods or a full kitchen with a stove in the suite.

Location excellent, staff brilliant! Water pressure and temperature terrible. I had to run the shower for about 15 minutes to get just warm water and it never heated up past a certain temperature.

The rooms were spacious and very handicap accessible. I love the design and it was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Equally the pool was so clean with a beautiful setting. The bistro tables and chairs were a comfortable addition with the Edison lights strung on the pergola for use when it begins to get dark. I love that this hotel usually includes breakfast with the stay however the breakfast offerings were very sparse during our stay. They stated their delivery truck did not arrive yet. Also the surfaces in our room were sticky as if they were not sufficiently wiped down.

The property was exceptionally clean! Breakfast was great, and the patio area is perfect for winding down after a long day. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The pillows are a bit flat.

The staff was great and the place was very clean and modern. The location. Traffic is horrible in that location and tbh I think the road construction in the area has been going on for decades.

Great staff! Clean and personable. Waffles and coffee were great. I booked this room for my sister. She was dealing with a domestic dispute. The first night of the stay she checked in around 9pm or so and the clerk took one look at her and was so supportive while my sister cried her eyes out. I will be forever grateful!

Everything except the fact they didn't tell me I had to request for my room to be cleaned. I live in the area and said goodbye to my husband and laid him to rest yesterday. I had gotten a room to just unwind and get away from all the noise. I spent Fri night to have service sat and was hoping to come back to a nice clean warm room, but not so...... because I didn't request room to be cleaned. Smh...
