Rooms were somewhat clean. Was there for four days they never came in and changed the sheets. They just came in and remade up the bed and there were a lot of roaches a lot of roaches.

The first room we were given didn't have a working toilet. We were moved to a room right next to us and as I checked the room out, I heard loud heated conversation from next door so instead of moving all of my things to that room, I kept it in the first room with my husband while we tried to sort it out with staff. They called the room of the person making noise and let them know there was a complaint, which made us uncomfortable since people tend to retaliate in situations like this. The person we spoke to seemed to be more upset that we kept having problems than hearing us out. Ultimately they moved us 1 last time to another room and that one turned out fine enough.

Rules were clean staff, especially front desk associate was very rude but amenities and rooms were clean. Amenities were great. Just need better workable staff.

I love the room But I stayed for 3 night and 2 of those nights they had someone next door to me fighting and I told them and nothing was done So I left early Where I couldn't sleep because of the people next door and nothing was done about it and I had to leave early

The front desk clerk was so rude and disrespectful. I was told that I would have to pay for 2 nights up front because the room that I had already purchased was already booked for the following night. This was without knowing rather or not if I needed to stay an extra night. Also, she was rude to 2 other customers prior to assisting me. Kindness goes a long way.
