Clean rooms and bad staff

No breakfast a waffle some stale cereal is all I ever seen. Roaches in my room electrical issues, dirty linen and laundry, and just about all the staff are rude and the manager is not nice to certain ppl 80% of the male housekeeper is very very friendly,kind, and he respectful especially to my family, not the others. The remote has a piece of sticker from a publix grocery store sandwich wrapper.

Loud blasting music late at night, people outside fighting and screaming. Hotel was very dirty, floors weren’t clean or sanitized,

The price was affordable The wifi went out for a while, pool dirty also didn't look like photos, there was a huge amount of mold on ice machine, breakfast was bread in baggies, and cereal there wasn't enough waffle mix for the duration of breakfast, also was rushed out of area when breakfast over but had to eat in there couldn't take back to room.

Used third party booking and it was partially honored at site. Sheets on bed were STAINED location was sketchy

The bed was very worn and needs to be replaced. The springs sounded like crushing water bottles. The breakfast was basic with bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. One nice thing is the hotel is next to Cracker Barrel. Just be careful going up side steps that need replacement. We never give bad reviews, but this was a really rough stay.

My stay was great I do wish I could have used pool I had call day before and asked if the pool was available they said yes then the day I checked in it rained and we couldn’t use it they said it be available the next day but it was locked and green beside that is was fun.
