How cleanliness. The staff was welcoming We did have a moment where we got stuck in the room as there was a lock malfunction. But we were able to get another room as soon as possible. We still enjoyed our stay

It was very nice

The breakfast was good. The Staff were very very friendly. The Bar was weak. The Bar had very very little selections and the Bartender could use some help in Customer Service. The drinks were poured very very cheaply.
-
Breakfast was delicious and different from most free breakfasts available at hotels. Suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. We had a quick response with a new alarm clock when the old one wasn't working. Staff was very kind.

My stay was great!!! There was hair in the shower & on my towel. I have very short hair & these were long pieces. Grossed me out. Other than someone else’s hair, I was very comfortable.
