Holiday Inn Express Conyers by IHG

I stayed at this location last weekend. We went down to have breakfast and our room locked us out, went down to customer service they re did the key but room still wouldn’t let us back in. They tried as well but we were locked out. Even though check out was at 11 we were forced to leave around 8am way earlier than expected because well we couldn’t access the room any longer. Thankfully I loaded up the car earlier other wise it would have been a really big problem if my stuff was locked in the room as well! Nothing like paying for a room you can’t access! I Was told the battery on the door died and access to the battery was inside the room so they couldn’t do anything till maintenance arrived! Very disappointed in this stay!

The hotel was in a great location and most of the staff. The breakfast was really good and most of the property was clean. The first room we were given was really nasty!! The bathroom was dirty and stinky. The front desk lady had know urgency in finding us another room after viewing the dirty bathroom. The second room we was given was beautiful.

5 Stars on room, staff, amenities, Breakfast was too early for me. But, Hotel is walking distance to many popular restaurants, such as ChickAFile, GoldenKrust, Starbucks, Chipolae, others on GA-Hwy 138 in Conyers, GA.

My family and I stay in a A LOT of hotels and this by far was one of the nicest rooms we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The breakfast was great, The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space. The bathroom might have been the largest I have ever seen in a simple two bed room. The breakfast featured a pancake maker while there also scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls along with plenty of other options. Meanwhile, the interstate was less than a minute away but the noise wasn't too overwhelming. Downtown Atlanta was only a 20 minute drive on a light traffic day. Overall, we loved the hotel and will use it whenever we venture to Atlanta in the future.

This is out second time staying at a Holiday inn express. First time in Aiken, South Carolina and now in Conyers, GA. As far as I'm concerned, this Franchise will always be my choice of hotel when I travel. Great selection of food and Staff.

Nice clean and quiet

We loved this hotel, extremely clean. Everything looked new and felt so clean. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. My family really enjoyed this stay and will definitely be back. The breakfast was the very best breakfast from any hotel we've ever been at, hot cinnamon rolls, omelets, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links and patties, oatmeal, pancake maker and more.
