The manager was very good at his job . Excellent customer service skills. He also was super cool about us checking out late and I want to thank him very much for making my time so much less stressful because he was very cool about it! Will be back when over that way again!! Thanks again for a stress free experience!

This is an extended stay hotel, the room was clean, but dated (even after paying for the "updated" room. Front desk not open before 8, or after 7. They tried to bill me for extra days, and when they couldn't, the disabled my key, without my knowledge. When I found out it was after 7, so was a big deal to reactivate and tell them I was not staying longer than my reservation. I would look at other options if doing it again.

Not really a clean hotel, housekeeping doesn’t do anything, u only get 2 towels + washcloths with no refilling on the extra cloths. Floors were sticky and Smokey as well

We had to wash our own towels and could not find where to dump trash Desk was open from 11 to 7pm.

Area was with goodfacilities, rooms was not too clean.

I feel like I was catfished. The photos on this app do not match the property at all. No utensils, 1 set of towels for the entire stay and the office opens at 11:00 AM. Overall not my type of place to spend my money.

It has a very convenient location I wouldn’t necessarily say I didn’t like, but I thought the beds were a little small to be queen size other than that not a problem at all

I had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a nice, quiet area. I especially liked the kitchen in my room — it had a big fridge, large microwave, and a 2-burner stove, which made it really convenient to cook simple meals and store groceries. I’d definitely stay here again.
