The bathroom and shower also had a really nice, modern design. My only small critique would be that I wish there were shelves inside the shower for toiletries, and I would have preferred the water pressure to feel a little more direct. Nothing major at all, though, and it definitely didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, the room felt clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. I’d happily stay here again.

Other than the AC not working correctly in my original room. The stay was excellent

I have never stayed at any hotel as bad as this not for personal or work reasons this place really disappointed me after looking forward to a good trip away from home Do not recommend unless you want to spend about $14 dollars for breakfast per person per morning.

It is a modern hotel with lovely décor. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, and it is a good accommodation option if you are visiting Dallas; I recommend it.

Staff seemed to be in a different world. Van driver was almost insistent I was not booked at their property but a different Aloft. When I called front desk for van to pick me up, she gave driver wrong gate area. I called to check on van and she hung up on me. In checkout I asked about the airport shuttle and she gave me a QR code to scan for parking… staff completely not helpful. Property was very clean room comfortable. Just expect to ask question 3 or 4 times before you get a good answer

My stay at the Aloft was absolutely incredible! It was clean, cozy and quite accommodating! I will definitely visit there again!

Such a great hotel! The staff was amazing. Very cool vibe and convenient location.

This is our.3rd stay at an Aloft property. This was a.large one with space for corporate meetings. The pool area looked really nice. The lobby area was spacious. We only had a couple of breakfast sandwiches but they were good. Too me the only thing lacking was a room microwave, but used the one in the lobby.

I went out for breakfast. The lighting in the hallway.

First off our room had a crack in the ceiling, the bathroom was not clean behind the doors, no microwave on the property at all and then in the hallway near the gym mold and everything was above our heads walking in and I have pictures. I asked for a refund and the front desk attendant said the hotel doesn’t do that. I will never book a Aloft property ever again and they area where the attendant sat was dusty

We booked a double queen room on July 4 for the dates August 15-17. Upon arrival we were told our room wasn’t available and all they had was a a king bed for 3 people.After about an hour they gave us room 424 a double queen bed room but the barn door to the toilet was missing and the power switch was not working and the cover plate was gone showing exposed wires. I have stayed at several Aloft properties but was very disappointed in this property.Also the toilet room gave off an odor all night.

Now the staff that was there when we checked in and the one after could have been nicer, and made you feel welcoming. The staff that was there in the morning he did acknowledge us and greeted us!
