Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-DFW Airport North-Grapevine

Customer service was very rude to me. She was always saying like my room is not ready yet even after 3 pm. She was just simply asking me to wait until the room is ready. I didn’t understand why the room is ready on time and why she was rude to me while I was trying to check in

Toilet was broken the first night abd

The room could be updated. Some of the outlets did not work and did not have usb-c plugs. One of the night stands was broken also well.

Great breakfast

The room was nice and clean. Had good breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was that it stated free internet. But when I tried to connect it wanted to charge me.

Love the location and the amenities were great.

Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Free shuttle to hospital & airport were great. The sundries store was pretty sparse - only 1-2 packages of candy, no wine or beer, just not much to choose from. I wish there had been a safe in the room. Everything else was great, including breakfast.

Clean rooms, clean beds, no issues

The carpet in our room was wet with a big fan blowing in it. They charge you extra to park a car there even if you are paying for the room. The hotel advertises that they have a free airport shuttle but the hours are not convenient for flights in the morning or at night.

Shuttle service from airport was great, even when the drivers did not show up for work the hotel management already had a contract for Lyft drivers to be called and transport everyone to the airport.

Staff were very helpful. Amenities were excellent. Room was wonderful. Overall property maintenance could use some help. Otherwise, it was nearly a 5 out of 5 stay.

The staff was helpful and gave me service with a smile even though they were swamped with stranded passengers.

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. They called and made sure I got on the right shuttle and even helped me get into my room a little early. They were a great help!

This location was excellent for our flight the next day. The shuttle was so convenient and our driver dropped us off well within time for us to make our flight. And even gave us excellent directions to get to our gate with ease. Breakfast was good as we have come to expect from The Hampton.

Liked that there is a shuttle to the airport. Very satisfied.
