Nice variety, friendly helpful staff

Breakfast was good and staff was friendly!

We planned a sleep over at a hotel with our "Littles". The Pool was an item on our list, it was broken. The staff seemed genuinely sad it was broken. Our kids were sad they couldn't go swimming. ( call before you make your reservation if the pool matters) Everything else was great. Even the Shuttle Bus driver spoke to us and genuinely seemed interested in our adventures for the day. Thank you for a lovely visit. When we come back this way.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool and was told at check in that is was closed for the past few days due to "technical difficulties". So not only did we drive almost 5 hours to somewhere, but then find out that what we came for was not available. It was extremely frustrating. Then getting to the room we found the fridge making an extremely unpleasant noise so we had to turn it off. The A/C unit in the room was also making a weird noise if you didn't turn it off the auto setting. This woke us up in the night until we changed it. Checking out needed to be pushed out due to travel plans so we stay late and paid for the late check out. However this was not communicated to the person doing the cleaning. They knocked once then came into the room while we were still there and had to go check to make sure we paid the extra. Overall the communication seemed lacking for staff and guests expecting to have certain amenities listed. When asked to get refund or partial refund we were denied. Extremely unhappy with the experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Looks better in the photos too and elevator also needed repairs. Seems like a lot of things need to fixing and overall confidence in ratings.

Airport shuttle was good, breakfast was ok and room was clean. Hotel stored our luggage after checkout for a few hours.

The rooms were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would come back for any stay.

Very conveniently located , felt safe, and well taken care of. Very clean ! Staff was super friendly. We were disappointed the pool was down for the nights we were there but things happen !

This Hotel was very clean, staff was very polite and quick for request. Equipped with fitness center that was clean and very adequate. Is is close to airport and convention center and prices were far from Hotels close to center

Changed rooms due to AC not working. 2nd room AC did not work properly. Breakfast terrible. Person doing breakfast needs to be replaced.
