Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine

This was a nice and clean hotel. The staff was pleasant. The room was large and the breakfast was sufficient. I would stay there again.

The rooms are very small and beds are terrible too

I was not able to check in at 3pm. That's was bummer.

The check in was easy. Francine and Perry from the 3 -11 shift was awesome

Francine and Perry that work the 3 to 11 shift was awesome. Check in was very easy and atmosphere was great. Took the shuttle to the Gaylord and it was there when we needed it. The bar had what we wanted and enjoyed talking to other travelers. The breakfast had enough a good selection. Would definitely stay there again whether it’s just for a quick getaway or for business.

When we arrived, the desk person was not interested in receiving us. He was rude and abrupt. Staff need training on how to greet and welcome guests.

But the worst part was the self service. Do not use any of the items. My kid was super hungry and I grabbed a cup of noodles. The price wasn’t listed anywhere but I figured it couldn’t be more than 2-3 dollars. IT WAS 8 DOLLARS. I understand this is my bad, I am just warning others so they learn from my stupidity. Other than the cup of noodles travesty, the hotel was reasonably clean. The room was reasonably comfortable. The room was cleaned daily but we weren’t given clean cups or mugs. Overall, an average hotel.

I would hate to see if the temperatures were really hot. Thermostat would not get below 75. Was not the first time to stay at Hyatt and always been satisfied but last time to stay at this one Really disappointed in the air conditioning after driving the long distance and ,wish that hotel had better cooling

Staff was nice and tried to provide solutions We had to change rooms. There was a leak on the floor and it ruined my mom’s purse but also the tub was dirty. I was supposed to get a credit for the room but never received anything that I’m aware of

Check-in was easy and the employees at the front desk were very friendly.

It was so clean and near to everything! Liked everything!

I didn't like that I had put i sign outside my door to come back later to clean, but the cleaning person still unlocked the door and came in the room while we were getting dressed

Located close to Grapevine Mills Mall & restaurants. Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint & some updates.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenient and free breakfast. This location was walking distance to restaurants and a full Mall. We also had easy access to freeways for our daily sightseeing.
