Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center

The pools were really big. The elevators were fast. The worker helped us unload the car and took our luggage to our room.

The bar was nice, however, the breakfast that we paid for daily was lacking and the presence of bugs was off putting. We requested extra towels and none were provided.

Quiet. Excellent hiking trail. Good amenities. Front desk staff is courteous but housekeeping staff needs training.

The website should include the fact that the pickle ball/tennis courts are an additional fee

Overall our stay was okay, however the staff was not very welcoming, the vibe we got is as if they did not want to be bothered nor were they helpful when we asked questions about breakfast offered etc.

Staff was excellent in bar and restaurant. Friendly and courteous and accommodating. Parking was easily accessible as well within walking distance of shopping too. Would recommend it to friends and family.

I think the hotel was very beautiful. Everyone was very helpful. Checking and out was very easy as well. The breakfast was terrible however everything else was amazing.

There’s a $115 charge for some reason on my room. Also another $15 charge for no reason

This is my second stay with DFW Lakes. Staff is always friendly and professional. Room is clean. Love the Bonnie and Clyde restaurant. Food is delicious and drinks are amazing. Do have to pay extra for breakfast but it’s worth it.

Love the lake and the hiking trails, I wish the windows could be open to let in the fresh air . Well maintained facilities and definitely come back

The room had not been cleaned in a while as there was a dead cockroach in the shower that had obviously been there a long time as it was dried up.

The cleanliness, access to the city, the restaurants on property.

Clean room and wonderful accommodations. The airport shuttle was a plus

I am elderly traveling alone and called for assistance to get my luggage to the lobby to catch airport shuttle. The man who came to help me was so sweet and kind. He even came back and took my luggage to the shuttle bus when it arrived.
