Everything had a price

We purchased this specific hotel because the description indicated that it came with continental breakfast. We were told in the morning that It was extra. Also, it was a very noisy floor that we were on. We got woken up more than once after the 230 am hour.

Hotel was lovely! Room was soo clean, bathroom beautiful, and the lobby is huge, cozy, and well designed.
-
The coffee was slightly brown water. None of the ice machines worked. The carpet in the hallways was so wrinkled that it was a tripping hazard. Breakfast is $18! My toilet ran and malfunctioned so much that I had to turn the valve off in between uses.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was like home away from home! I’m a light sleeper and got the best sleep! Very comfortable beds and super clean! I will definitely stay here again! Ashley at the front desk was so welcoming and very professional!!

The beds were comfy. The sheets were cool and crisp. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were horrid - lol! They smelled like old spinach. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this isn’t it. Of course, that’s to be expected with planes flying overhead every two to three minutes. After a while, I just tuned them out. This is an older property that has been updated, and there are a few issues. The electricity seems to run off of new outlets piggybacked on an older system. There is a master switch inside the doorway which acts as a breaker for certain switches and outlets throughout the room; that was bizarre. Also there are two A/C units … one works, the other has been disabled. Very odd. I can’t comment on the shuttle because I couldn’t ever get anyone to answer the front desk phone when I called from the airport (I ended up calling Uber.) I also can’t comment on the restaurant, as I didn’t eat at the hotel. Also, Jennifer at the front desk was very, very nice and helpful!

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable!

Hotel is very nice and updated. There is a shuttle to the Gaylord convention center.

Property and facility was very nice and maintained well. The pool is shared with an adjacent hotel and will require a bit of a walk. Our particular room lost electricity on one side when we turned on the hair dryer. We notified the front desk to let maintenance know. The problem was partially fixed. Once one side of the room was corrected the other side lost power. Everything else was great.

Chose garden inn for the bar and the pool. Well the bar was closed for July 4 th weekend and the pool was part of a shared property so it was almost half a mile to go swimming. Kind of a let down

Clean room and building

Bar was nice and front desk

booked last min after flight delays at DFW. The shuttle only goes on the hour and was challenging to get to, other then this point, the hotel itself was just what was needed.

Clean, walkable.

We arrived later to check in, due to softball games and weather. There was a family in front of us. They said they had been waiting for about 30 minutes, and no front desk host was around. We checked in the back offices, and looked around the ground floor, and found no one. There were others there that advised the lady walked off right after she got to work. We stood around for about 10 minutes before she appeared from a door across the room. Took way too long for us to get checked in and into a room.
