SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport N/Grapevine

Everything was great except the upkeep of the hot tub. Just needed a little cleaning. There is construction in process but not a bother.

The staff are very helpful and the hotel is clean. Family friendly too. They’re doing some renovations there. Would love to see how it looks like when they’re done

Start to finish, they were top notch! They went out of their way to make sure everything went smooth for us!

The front desk staff was pleasant and handled everything smoothly. The hotel is currently undergoing construction at the front entrance, which made the exterior less polished, but it seems like these updates will improve the overall experience once completed. Overall, it was a functional and convenient stop with decent service, just not as updated as some other options in the area.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy. Pool is great but no bathroom in the pool area so have to walk down the hall. Hard with kids and not safe for other hotel guests who are walking down the hall with the wet floor

The breakfast was okay. Location is great. The room was HOT, as was our entire floor. I turned the thermostat down to 65° when we arrived, and the lowest it got was 71° which made for a very rough night, especially with the already uncomfortable beds.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities. Our room was very clean.

This hotel is great and they went above and beyond to make our stay great. The food was great and they provided ample portions.

Clean and convenient I paid when I reserved. They charged me for the room when I gave them a card at check in. Still have not received word about correcting this or refund.

The water was very dirty in the whirlpool. The whole pool area needs new water and a point job. In our room there was water stains in the pictures on the walls.

The weekend staff upon arrival were great.And the shuttle staff was really nice, too. The fitness center, not too much going on there. And for someone like me, I like to use that, but it was really small. But did have a pool, and a jacuzzi would have much rather had a bigger gem with more equipment, but it was still okay. I didn't mesh too well with the hotel gm when she arrived there.

Nice, clean and conveniently located next to the mall.

What is the point of having an airport shuttle if you can’t leave your car, won’t stay again
